Good drinks menu, even has a few vegan options which is nice. The cafe itself feels modern and comfortable, a good spot to just sit for a bit.

The cod and chips were a real highlight. The batter was light and crisp, perfect with a cold pint of lager. Chips had that great crunch outside, soft inside. A solid choice for a casual dinner.

Comfortable seating and a nicely put together space. Felt quite relaxed there. The lighting was a bit bright for my taste, but overall it was a pleasant spot to unwind.

The curries here really take me back to Thailand. They're authentic, packed with vegetables, and the coconut rice is spot on. A very comfortable spot for a relaxed meal, the service was friendly and attentive.

Two courses and a drink for a tenner. Portions were decent for the money. Solid lunch option near the office.

The family meal deal was a steal, and the house red was surprisingly good with the hearty portions.

A really nice spot for a coffee or a meal near the Common. I popped in for lunch and found the service to be very friendly and unhurried, which was lovely. The seats by the window are quite comfortable.

The hot chocolate was pretty good, came with two of their own chocolates. Cake seemed homemade, which was nice. Staff were friendly. Just a bit pricey for what it is.

The rice flour coating on the fish was a nice touch for my gluten thing. It was light and crispy, not heavy at all. Appreciate that they had the option.

The vegan deli sandwich is really good, and the coffee is tasty. The menu is small, but that's fine for a quick lunch. I do wish there were a few more comfortable seating options inside, though.

The roast duck udon with lime and chilli was pretty good. Decent portion size for the price. The broth could have been a touch warmer, but it was a fine lunch.

The place looks simple from the street, but inside it's a lovely, quiet spot. The lighting is just right for a relaxed dinner. It's small and cosy, run by a really focused team.

Grabbed a late bite after the show. The old church setting is stunning, especially the upstairs with the vaulted ceiling. My steak was cooked just right, though the sides felt a bit simple for the price. A solid spot.

Came for a late lunch, the portion sizes are no joke! Had the lamb shank, it was huge and fell right off the bone. Really hit the spot.

The pasta here is really good. The two brothers who run the place do everything themselves, cooking and serving. They're pretty funny guys, makes for a relaxed meal. Been coming here for years.

Another lovely dinner at Gurkha Lounge. We ordered a few new things from the menu and they were all really nice. The staff were very careful when I mentioned my nut allergy, which made the whole evening much more relaxed.

We had a group dinner and the staff were very welcoming. I was really impressed by the freshness of the ingredients in the Thai dishes we ordered, especially the herbs in the salads. Everything tasted so clean and vibrant.

Walked in hungry, the sizzling platter caught my eye. Tandoori mix was hot off the skillet, really juicy. Good for sharing if you're not starving.

The steaks are definitely worth the price. I usually just have water with mine. The booths are quite comfortable, which makes for a relaxed meal.

Had their breakfast special, eggs were cooked just right. Coffee was good, fresh orange juice hit the spot. A solid start to the day.

As a Mexican-American, these are the most legit tacos I've found in the UK. The al pastor was spot on. Service was really nice, they even brought out a free dessert, which was a sweet touch.

The food arrived piping hot, which was a nice touch. But honestly, the portions were a bit small for the price. I left still feeling a bit peckish, which is a shame because the flavours were decent.

The Kerala paratha was just like I remember it from home. The prawns fry had that perfect crispness. Really took me back for a moment.

Been here a few times now. The staff are always on it, really friendly and quick to notice if you need anything. Makes a difference. Food's always good, no complaints there.

The play village kept our toddler busy for hours. Loved the fresh, creative setups like the little ice cream shop and supermarket.

Octopus was spot on. Just like the ones we had in Lisbon. Really solid. 🐙 Good wine list too, not crazy expensive. Nice to find a place this authentic nearby.

Booked the upstairs for a birthday do. The owner was really helpful sorting the space for us. Cocktails were spot on, and the room looked lovely. Made for a nice evening.
