The burger was properly cooked, medium rare just as I asked. Juicy, fresh bun, good flavor. I grabbed the fries with that bacon-jalapeño sauce on the side—definitely the right call. Place was busy but service kept up fine. I'd come back for that burger again.

The lunch menu is solid. Got the daily special, food came out fast, exactly what you need on a short break. Tasty, nothing fancy, but it hits the spot. Place was busy but I still got my food in like 10 minutes. Good spot if you're in a hurry.

The interior is quite fancy, and the location couldn't be better. But service was really slow, and I noticed the floor wasn't clean. A bit of a shame, since the place has potential. Food was decent though, so I'd probably give it another shot on a less busy evening.

Went for dinner on a weekday evening. Pizza was decent, cooked in a proper stone oven right in front of you. Dough had a nice chew, not too heavy. The place does feel genuinely Italian, even had a football match on. Service was fine, though it got a bit busy later. Pretty good for a casual meal.

Found this place through the Schlemmerblock. The Hungarian dishes were hearty and authentic. Owners made us feel welcome. Definitely coming back.

Friendly staff and quick service even when it was busy. Sat outside which was nice. Good spot for a casual bite.

The pizza was really good, that’s the main thing. But service was all over the place, took forever to get our drinks and they messed up one order. We still got everything eventually, just had to remind them. For the price though, the portion was decent, so I can’t complain too much. Would go back for the food, just not when I’m in a hurry.

Stopped by for lunch right under the old bridge — pretty hard to beat that spot. Got the fish and chips, honestly better than I expected. Crispy batter, decent portion. Slightly on the pricey side for what it is, but you're paying for the view too, I guess.

The lunch buffet here is pretty solid. I liked that you can pick your own ingredients at the Mongolian grill station, feels fresher than just grabbing pre-made stuff. Price with drinks included is fair for the amount you get. Maybe not the most refined food, but decent for a casual meal.

Food was decent, but the service really dragged it down. Our waitress seemed annoyed and the dirty tables stayed too long. The wine list was decent though, helped smooth things over.

The strawberry gelato here was really good. Tasted like actual fruit, not just sugar. My friend got chocolate and that was solid too. We went back twice during our stay. Better than the touristy spot on the main street. Wish they had more seating though, we ended up standing by the curb.

Lovely little café with a nice terrace. The desserts looked great, ended up trying the chocolate cake — pretty solid. Service was friendly, though it took a bit to get the bill.

The tortellini tossed in the Parmesan wheel with truffles was the highlight for me. They even suggested a nice local white wine to go with it. Really fresh ingredients.

Service was a bit slow tonight, but the staff stayed friendly. Good vibes overall. The wine list had a nice German Riesling that paired well with my meal.

The pizza dough was really well-made, tasted fresh. Just wish the onions had been cooked a bit more, and the middle got slightly soggy. Still, a decent meal.

Reasonable prices for what you get — a full meal for 10-20 euros is hard to beat. Staff were friendly too. Would've liked a better wine option to pair with the main course, but the food held up fine on its own.

Came for dinner with a couple of friends and honestly, the wine list is what got me. So many Italian picks, we kept pointing at bottles like kids in a candy store 😄 Food was fresh and well-seasoned too, matched the vibe. Place got a bit loud later, but for a casual hangout it totally worked.

Food’s solid, no complaints there. Just keep in mind the 90-minute seating limit and that you gotta book ahead. Still, I keep coming back for the consistency.

Still our go-to spot after all these years. The schnitzel is honestly the best around, even if it costs a euro or two more. Location’s super charming too. Staff were friendly, didn’t rush us while we were catching up. Just wish they had a bit more space between tables, got a little cozy. But yeah, solid pick for a casual dinner with friends. 😊

Loved the fireplace corner — perfect for a chilly day. Cake and coffee were solid, staff friendly enough. Owners seemed a bit distant, but didn't ruin the vibe.

The grilled sea bass was spot on, flaky and fresh. Portion size felt fair for what you pay, especially in this area. Wine pairing with the white was a good call. Staff let us take our time, no rushing. Only thing, the place got a bit loud later in the evening. Still, solid pick for a seafood dinner.

Stopped by for dinner on a quiet Tuesday. Got the truffle pasta — creamy, not too heavy, actually tasted like real truffle. Place is small, family-run, you can tell they care. Service was warm without hovering. Only thing: it got a bit loud when more tables filled in. Would come back for the pasta alone.

The Wiener Schnitzel was spot on again, crispy and tender. Owner came by for a chat about the dishes, always a nice touch. Been coming here for years and it never disappoints.

Stopped by for dinner and ordered the venison. Cooked properly, nice flavor, no complaints there. Portion was decent for the price, which is what mattered to me. Service was friendly but a bit slow between courses. Not a place for a quick meal, but you get what you pay for.

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. The house-style steak was decent, cooked the way I asked. But honestly, the sides felt a bit heavy for me. I would've loved a few more vegetable options on the menu. The place itself is cozy though, typical German inn. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Just wish there was something lighter to balance the meal.

Came here for Valentine's Day dinner. Food was solid, you can tell the new owners actually care about what they're serving. Had a good time, nothing fancy but honest cooking. Might come back sometime.

The wild boar liver dumplings were really good. Proper Palatinate food with a bit of Italian influence. Wine matched well. Place was busy for a Tuesday, but service kept up fine. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'd go back if I'm in the area again.

Came here with a couple of friends on a weekday evening. The interior is really stylish but still cozy, not too loud so we could actually chat. We shared a few dishes, the pasta was decent, nothing crazy but fine. Service was a bit slow though, took a while to get our drinks. Still, nice spot for a relaxed catch-up.

The schnitzel was solid—crispy, not greasy, and the portion was generous. Prices felt fair for what you get. I had the apple strudel after, warm and not too sweet. Place was busy but service kept up fine. Nothing fancy, just honest German cooking done right. Would come back if I'm in the area again.
