The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside, proper mustard on the side. That’s the main thing I care about. Drinks were fine too, not overpriced. Just note they only take cash, which caught me off guard. But the food did the job.

The green curry was properly spicy, not toned down for tourists. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Owner was friendly enough, didn't hover. Place is small but that's fine. I'd come back for the papaya salad alone. Maybe a bit slow on the service but the food made up for it.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Mediterrane. The food was exquisite, and the service was friendly and attentive, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere.

Came here on a sunny afternoon, sat outside on the big terrace. Place is huge, old industrial hall with containers around, kids loved running around. Had the cake, really good, not too sweet. Coffee was fine, nothing special. Service a bit slow but friendly. Would come back if in the area.

We booked a corner for a friend’s small get-together and the staff totally rolled with it. They even helped us rearrange tables last minute without making a fuss. Food was solid, nothing crazy, but the vibe was easy and chill. Exactly what you want for a casual hangout. Maybe a bit slow on refills, but no one really noticed. 😊

The warm lighting and wooden decor really give it that Thai escape feeling. Nice spot for a chill dinner.

Still one of the few spots in Karlsruhe where you can smoke inside. Good for hanging out with friends, sports on the screens too. Just a heads-up if you're not into the smoke 😅

The currywurst here is solid. Sauce has a good kick, not too sweet. Fries were decent but could've been crispier. Fine for a quick bite.

Cozy spot, I’ll give it that. Sat near the window with my laptop for a bit, and the vibe was calm enough to actually focus. Coffee did the job, carrot cake was decent—not too sweet, which I liked. Only thing: chairs aren’t super comfy for long sittings. But fine for a quick catch-up or some solo work.

Food’s solid, portions are massive. Just don’t forget cash—they don’t take cards, which caught me off guard the first time. Slightly annoying but not a dealbreaker. Quick enough for a lunch stop, and you’ll definitely leave full.

Solid cakes, no question. Place has been around since 1853, you can feel it. Service was friendly enough. Worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Nice terrace with a clear view of Hambach Castle. Palatinate wines were solid, nothing fancy but decent. Good spot if you're already in the area and want a relaxed afternoon.
