Stopped by for lunch after wandering around Speyer. Beer selection was solid, went with their house pilsner which paired nicely with the schnitzel. Place has that proper brewery feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. Service quick enough, though it did get busy around noon. Fair prices for what you get.

Solid meal in Speyer. The pike-perch was cooked just right, flaky and simple. Service was friendly without hovering. Decent spot off the main strip.

Great burgers and a solid spot for a Tuesday pint. The build-your-own topping bar is a nice touch, though the wine list is pretty basic. Still, a fun, lively place for a casual bite.

Solid beer, decent food. Staff friendly, quick service. Place gets busy, so call ahead for a table. Nothing fancy, but it works.

Stopped by for a quick one, ended up staying for a few. The Minibierprobe is a solid pick if you can't decide. Beer's definitely the star here, food's just alright. Place was packed, typical brew house noise. Service was fast enough, considering. Prices fair for what you get. Nothing fancy, just a decent spot for a drink.

The rustic interior with the brewing kettles is a nice touch. Apple strudel was the right call to finish—flaky, not too sweet. Service was efficient, no complaints there. Decent spot if you're nearby and want a solid meal without fuss.

The sushi and tartare were solid, no complaints there. Place has a nice terrace, modern vibe. Service was on point too. But honestly, the bill caught me off guard a bit. For what you get, it's on the pricier side. I get that quality costs, but I left feeling like it was slightly more than I'd normally drop for this kind of meal. Good, just not a regular spot for me.

Stumbled in here without expecting much. Got that rye cocktail, "The Currant Situation" — pretty damn good. Bartender knew what they were doing. Even helped me figure out the train back to Mannheim. Place has a nice buzz to it. Maybe a bit loud by the bar, but whatever. Solid stop.

Lovely courtyard, just grab a bottle and they trust you to note it down. Owner was friendly. Nice spot for a relaxed evening.

Big burger, decent size, and it hit the spot. Easy to find too, nice area to just sit around after. Nothing crazy, but fine for a quick bite.

Great spot right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. Sat outside, plenty of space between tables. Nice change from the usual cramped terraces.

The homemade sausages here are the real deal — you can tell they make them fresh. Sat in the courtyard, which was lovely. Just wish the weather had held up a bit longer.

Hearty food, decent portions for what you pay. Just keep in mind it's cash only—nearest ATM is a short walk across the plaza. Slightly annoying but not a dealbreaker. The seating was comfortable enough that I didn't mind staying a bit longer. Would come back if I'm in the area and remember to bring cash.

Food was decent, but the service really dragged it down. Our waitress seemed annoyed and the dirty tables stayed too long. The wine list was decent though, helped smooth things over.

The owners are super friendly and it’s got that cozy, old-school vibe. Perfect for hanging out with friends and losing track of time over a drink. 😊

The wine bar’s interior feels properly old-school, dark wood and candlelight. The Palatinate platter was fresh, tasted homemade. Service nice, but kitchen got slow once it filled up. Still, that quiet, cozy vibe made up for it.

Stopped by for a drink after work. Cocktails were well made, generous pour for the price. The vibe is a bit odd at first, but it grows on you. Not the kind of place I'd bring clients, but fine for a casual night out. Service was quick, no complaints.

Stopped by for a drink after work. The place has a decent vibe, nothing fancy but fine for a quick catch-up. I tried one of the non-alcoholic cocktails—too sweet for me, tasted a bit artificial. If you're into that, go for it. Service was quick though, and the location is easy to get to. Fair for what it is.

Solid food, but the beer was the real highlight. Cozy rustic place, staff were friendly enough. Good spot if you're nearby and want a casual dinner.

Roast duck was spot on, carved tableside. Good show, decent price for the quality. Just remember to pre-order it, they won't have it otherwise.

Loved the old-school vibe, felt like a proper local spot. Just remember it's cash only, which caught me off guard. Service was on point though.

The currywurst here is solid. Sauce has a good kick, not too sweet. Fries were decent but could've been crispier. Fine for a quick bite.

Came here for drinks and the owner Michael actually remembered us from last time. That never happens in Heidelberg lol. The cocktails were solid, especially the one with basil. Place gets a bit loud later in the evening but it's got that cozy neighborhood bar vibe. Definitely my go-to spot now when I'm in town.

Burger was solid. Cooked right, and the wedges were a good amount. Place was packed but service kept up fine. No complaints really. Just a decent spot for a quick bite if you're in the area. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Came in without a reservation on a Tuesday night, ended up staying way longer than planned. Eva behind the bar kept things relaxed, knew her wines. Had the tarte flambée with goat cheese and figs — that combo works. Prices fair for the area. Place got a bit loud later, but that's on me for staying.
