The food was good and portions were generous, no complaints there. I sat on the balcony which looks right over the street - nice spot to just watch people go by. The old building across from the mosque gives it some character too. Staff were alright, nothing special but fine. Solid enough for a meal in Kandy.

The affogato was spot on—espresso poured over vanilla gelato just right. Mocha was decent, could’ve been a bit stronger but still nice. Place is quiet even though it’s right by the road, so I sat by the window watching trains go by. Good little spot to chill with a coffee.

The chicken curry and fish curry were spot on, and that naan was perfect for scooping it all up.

Seafood was really fresh and portions generous for the price. Place is a bit tucked away though, took me a minute to find it. Worth the walk.

Tried this spot for lunch while exploring the market area. Got the kottu and it came out super fast, really tasty. Live music in the evening looked fun but it was a bit loud for my liking.

The staff here are genuinely friendly—saw them dancing while clearing tables, even on a rainy night. That energy kept the place feeling warm. Wouldn't mind coming back again.

The coffee’s actually decent here — not too bitter, not burnt. I grabbed a quick bite too and the food came out fresh. Staff were friendly enough without hovering. Place gets a bit noisy around midday, but it’s fine if you’re not looking for a quiet corner. I’d come back if I’m in the area.

Came back a second time and they remembered my order. That kind of attention to detail is rare. Service was quick too. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Solid Sunday BBQ buffet. First round came out well-presented, tasted good. Service kept up fine since we got there early. Decent value for the price.

Food’s solid but service drags when it’s busy. Took ages for delivery once, though the taste made up for it. Portion size decent for the price.

The skate bowl right in the middle is a cool touch. Watched skaters while eating my curry. Don't see that anywhere else in Ahangama.

The butter garlic rice with chicken masala was really good. Manoj took care of us well, way better service than that beachside place we tried the night before.

The Sri Lankan curry was packed with flavor, exactly what I was hoping for. The seafood fried rice was solid too. Live music made it feel lively, though it got a bit loud for chatting.

Came for the kottu roti, left thinking about the curry. That gravy had proper heat, not the watered down stuff. Chicken was tender too. Portion was a bit small for what they charge, but honestly the taste made up for it. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

It is a cozy pizza place with a lovely rooftop view of Kandy city. The restaurant is well known for its authentic Italian thin crust pizzas with a twist of Sri Lankan flavors baked in wood fired oven in an open kitchen.

Stopped by for a quick bite — mutton paratha was solid, dosa too. Owner’s friendly, didn’t feel rushed. Portions big for what you pay.

The view is unbeatable, literally right on the sand. Food was decent but portions ran small. Still a nice spot to hang with friends though 🌊

The rice and curry spread was impressive—lots of little dishes in clay pots, all fresh. Owner was friendly too. A cold Lion Lager with it would've been perfect, but the food really stood out on its own.

The staff were so friendly and the whole place had this relaxed beachy feel, even without an ocean view. I had the calamari and it was tender, cooked just right. Portions are pretty generous too. Only thing—the caprioska was small for what they charge. Still, a nice spot to just sit and take your time.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Honey coconut pancakes were the standout – light, not too sweet. Tried a couple other things off the menu, all decent. Place was airy, got a nice breeze even though it was hot out. Service was fine, no complaints. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The tuna burger was properly juicy and seasoned well. Prices felt fair too, lower than most spots along the strip. Just wish they'd given me a bit more sauce on the side. 🌴

Tuna steak was solid, cooked just right. Place has a chill vibe, not rushed at all. Prices fair for what you get. Good spot for a quick dinner.

The owner’s car-part sculptures and twinkly lights make the place stand out. Food was fresh, no complaints there. Portions felt a bit small for what we paid, though.

Coffee was good. Needed it bad after Sigiriya climb. Place is small but AC felt amazing. Staff smiled, didnt rush me. Just sat there awhile. Fine stop.

Came here on a random evening, grabbed a seat by the garden. The swing is a nice touch, pretty chill vibe. Had a cold beer and some fresh juice, both hit the spot. Service was fine, nothing fancy. Place is a bit tucked away but easy enough to find. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Climbed Lion Rock in the morning and stopped here for a late lunch. The Mediterranean wrap was decent, packed with veggies and a bit of sauce that worked well. Fresh fruit juice was a good call after the heat. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Few mosquitoes around, but that's pretty normal for the area. Solid spot if you're not looking for meat.

The ghee roast and paneer pepper fry were pretty good. Dosas came out crispy, chutneys were decent too. Fine spot for a casual veg meal.
