The chili prawn starter disappeared off our table before anyone thought to grab a photo. That spicy garlic sauce is seriously addictive. Pork ribs were solid too, tender and smoky. Been coming here for a while now and the kitchen stays consistent, which is why I keep returning. Service was attentive without hovering. Place gets loud on weekends but that's part of the vibe.

Came here with a few friends last week. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share—the mapo tofu was decent, though I've had better. What I really appreciated was the BYOB thing. We brought our own wine and they didn't fuss about it, even gave us proper glasses. Service was attentive but not pushy. Place is a bit pricey for what it is, but the central location makes it convenient. Solid enough for a group dinner if you're not expecting mind-blowing food.

The Thai chicken rice was solid, that spring roll on the side hit the spot. Menu on the app seems a bit hit or miss though.

The seafood was fresh and cooked right, no complaints there. Portion size for the price is decent, actually pretty generous compared to other places along the coast. Sat right by the water, which was nice. Just wish they had a few more options on the menu, but what we ordered was good enough. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast and they got my order right without any fuss. Portions are solid for the price. Tried the seafood platter later—tasty, no complaints. Place gets busy around noon, so come early if you're in a hurry. Good enough for a fast bite.

Chicken 65 was properly spicy, noodles had a good kick. Avocado shake was the real winner though.

Tried the garlic tiger prawns — really well done, juicy and tasty. Seafood fried rice was solid too, big portion. Place was calm, not too busy when I went. Service okay, nothing crazy. Decent spot if you're around and want Chinese food. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I'd come back.

The shrimp curry was the star — big juicy prawns in a sauce that had real depth. Sides were decent too. Fried rice fell a bit flat but honestly didn't care once I got into the curry. Fresh juices are a good shout if you need something cold.

Fresh seafood display looked good. Juices and cappuccino were solid, food itself just average. Fine for a quick lunch stop.

Came here for the grilled prawns and they didn’t disappoint. Fresh, juicy, decent size for the price. Sitting right by the beach with the breeze made it better. Service was friendly, nothing fancy but fine. Place gets a bit busy around sunset, so you might wait a little. Still, a solid spot if you’re in the area and want seafood without the tourist markup. 🦐

Food was solid and the price felt right for what you get. Only thing that caught me off guard — no beer or cocktails, just wine. I'm a red wine guy anyway so it worked out fine, but if you're after a spirit or something lighter, you're out of luck. The glass I had paired nicely with the curry though.

Stumbled onto this place while walking the beach. Hidden in the trees, super chill vibe. Staff actually noticed when my water glass was empty. Way quieter than the main hotel strip. Had the grilled fish, decent but nothing crazy. Prices fair for the location though.

Good spot if you're in a rush. Owner made me an omelette and fruit salad fast, no waiting around. Portion was decent for the price, I wasn't left hungry. Paid maybe 800 rupees? Can't complain. Not fancy but does the job when you need something quick. Would stop by again if I'm in that area.

Service was the highlight for me. Got sick during our stay and the staff sorted everything without me even asking. That kind of help is hard to find. Room was just okay but honestly the service made up for it.

We had a small gathering in the garden and the staff handled everything pretty well. Decent spot for a low-key event. Just wish the parking was a bit easier.

Nice quiet spot with the birds and turtles outside. Food was decent, coffee just okay. Bring bug spray for evening.

The honey pizza was solid, and that prawn yaki spaghetti hit the spot. Cheesecake wasn’t too sweet either. Place was clean, staff friendly. Menu’s got me thinking about a return visit.

Handmade chocolates and pastries are the real deal here. Short eats were cheap and honestly better than most places in Colombo. Service was a bit hit or miss, but whatever, the food carried it. Grabbed a few things to go and didn't regret it. Solid spot if you're nearby.

Been coming here for a while now. The sushi is always fresh, that's the main thing I keep coming back for. Portions are a bit small for what you pay, but the quality stays consistent. Staff remember me, which is nice. Just wish they'd add a bit more to the lunch set, that's all.

Seafood platter was massive. Fresh too, easily fed two of us. Waiter Maditha looked after us well. That's about it. Solid spot if you're after a feed.

The veg curry plate in Negombo was really good—five different curries, each one fresh and tasty. Price felt fair for the portion. 🌊

The grilled chicken panini was decent for what it cost. Chicken was juicy, bread had a nice crunch. Bickford's soda on the side hit the spot. Place was clean, nothing fancy. I'd go back if I'm in the area and want something quick without thinking too much about it.

Making your own curry then eating it right after? That’s the best part. The flavors were so fresh and it felt way more rewarding than just ordering.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the river view is the main reason I'd go back. We grabbed a table outside, breeze was nice. Service was quick too, no complaints there. Food was okay, nothing crazy but fine for hanging out. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the vibe makes up for it.

Came here with friends for dinner and the grilled fish was really good. Staff surprised us with a brownie and sang happy birthday, super sweet. Nice spot to chill with drinks and pool. 🎂

The chicken roti curry was proper tasty and they topped up our plates without us even asking. Owner even helped us when our tuk-tuk died and threw in a free beer. Good people.
