The kids-eat-free deal is a lifesaver for family dinners. Food's good, service is nice. But honestly, the drink prices are a bit steep. A soft drink costing that much? Makes you think twice.

Spacious spot in the Old Market centre, parking was easy. Came for a quick solo lunch. The chicken schnitzel was decent, crispy and filling. Could've used a bit more seasoning though. Service was alright, nothing too slow.

The vibe here is just buzzing, really enthusiastic. It’s the kind of energy that just makes you smile. Perfect for a family night out.

The sweet and savoury waffles are all made fresh, which is great for a casual catch-up. We tried the Nutella and ice cream one - it was a hit! The vibe is relaxed, perfect for a long chat over a late brunch.

Popped in for a quick coffee on a Sunday. Nice spot, very relaxed and spacious. Service was efficient, got my order fast. Coffee was good. Perfect for a quick stop.

The carrot cake here was a real treat. You can tell it's homemade, with fresh carrots and a nice balance of spices. The cream cheese frosting wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. A simple, satisfying stop for a healthier indulgence.

The set menu B is solid, and the Peking beef is always cooked just right.

Service was really good. Staff were polite and friendly, especially Sheryl the manager. She’s got a fun, inclusive vibe that makes you feel welcome. Food was top-class too.

The mushroom crisps with my panini were a lovely touch. So much flavour in those little things, really made the simple sandwich feel a bit more special.

Popped in for a coffee and cake. The orange and lemon drizzle was spot on, really fresh and moist. Latte was smooth too. Nice little stop.

The scones were pretty good, warm and fresh with a nice crumble. The clotted cream and jam were decent. They have a wide selection of teas, though the service was a little slow.

Loved the patio for a drink before lunch! The menu had some really interesting small plates. We tried the grilled octopus with smoked paprika oil – the texture was spot on. Moved inside when it got a bit breezy. Service was friendly and quick.

The staff are so friendly and attentive - they really make you feel welcome. It's a lovely spot for catching up with friends.

The all-day brunch is the main draw. The eggs were perfectly runny, and the hollandaise had a nice, sharp lemon kick. The bacon was thick-cut and crispy. It's a solid, no-fuss plate of food.

The staff here are always so lovely and friendly. It really makes a difference when the restaurant is packed and buzzing. Just a nice, welcoming vibe.

The fish was so fresh and flaky with a perfectly crispy batter. That alone made it worth the visit!

Great selection of cakes. The carrot cake was moist, and they had a solid vegan pecan shortbread. Appreciated the variety for different diets. Enjoyed a strong black coffee with mine, a simple but good pairing.

Friendly service and the food is consistently decent. Just a heads up, it's cash only so you'll need to remember that. Had a pretty good lunch here.

Lovely little spot for a catch-up with friends. The decor and music are so cosy, felt like we were just hanging out in someone's living room. Perfect for a chilled afternoon.

The Turkish Eggs and French Toast with cherry compote had some nice little twists. The place was packed, but the vibes were still really good.

Service is generally fine here, though I've had a couple of mix-ups with my order. The staff I've spoken to have been pleasant enough.

As a coeliac, it's so nice not to have to explain everything. The team here just gets it, made catching up with friends stress-free.

Freshly cooked Indian food at a great price. Love the outdoor seating for people-watching.

Love that they give you a timer with the loose-leaf tea. It’s a nice touch, makes it feel like they care about getting it right. Food was fresh, felt like good value.

The toasties are the main draw here. The bread is perfectly toasted, crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a generous amount of melted cheese and ham. It's a simple thing, but they do it right. The pastries looked good too, but I always go for the toastie.

Late breakfast was a treat. The food was tasty and didn't cost a fortune, which was a nice change from the usual Sunday roast prices.

The beef was incredibly tender, just melted in your mouth. Everything tasted super fresh, like they just made it. Really enjoyed the flavours.
