Ivy and Megan provided outstanding service during our anniversary brunch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was wonderful, making it a perfect celebration.

The name's new but the soul's the same. Still that cosy, tucked-away pub feel. Just love the warm glow from the old lamps in the corner.

The vegetarian tasting menu was a real treat. The wine pairing they suggested was spot on, especially with the earthy mushroom course. A thoughtful experience from start to finish.

The Signature Double Room was lovely. The bathroom was warm, which I appreciated. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but I was most impressed by the fresh magazines provided. A thoughtful detail that made the stay feel a bit more personal.

Great spot for a quick bite. Curry is fresh and the staff are friendly. Perfect for a speedy lunch.

Birthday dinner here last week. The staff were really nice, brought out a free drink and a little dessert for the occasion. Food portions were decent, service was quick. Made it a nice evening out.

The wine pairings were really thoughtful. I particularly noticed how the crisp white they served with the starter highlighted the freshness of the herbs in the dish. A lovely touch.

Used a voucher for the Sicilian wine tasting. Mike was a good host, knew his stuff. Wines were nice, and they don't skimp on the food portions either. Solid way to spend an evening.

The curried goat was the highlight. It's rich and flavourful, not overly sweet like some places do it. The seasoning was spot on. A really nice, comforting dish.

They read my note for the birthday order, which was a really nice touch. The food still tasted great even delivered.

Third year for Christmas lunch, already booked for 2026. The chips and homemade tartare sauce are spot on. A glass of their house red was a perfect match for the festive mood.

As someone who avoids dairy, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu here. Plenty of tasty options that didn't feel like an afterthought. The staff was really helpful when I had questions too.

The staff are always friendly and helpful with the menu. They take dietary needs seriously, which is good to see.

Great spot for a big group dinner. Ben really knows his stuff when it comes to the wine list – his suggestion with the main course was spot on. They handled our dietary needs without any fuss. A solid evening.

The bacon and avocado bagel is my go-to. They're always fresh, which is a big plus for me. A solid spot when you need a reliable breakfast.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere. Peter behind the bar was a real highlight, so attentive. He remembered our drinks order from last time, which was a nice touch. Made the evening feel that bit more personal.

A quiet Sunday lunch spot. The interior has this lovely, worn-in warmth – exposed brick and soft lighting. The pizza was a bit salty for my taste, but the flavours were genuinely good. A nice, relaxed place to unwind.

A decent pub with pretty good food and a nice atmosphere. The outdoor seating has lovely views, though it can get a bit crowded. Had a pleasant evening there.

A proper old-school pub, which is nice to see. The beer garden out the back is a proper suntrap, perfect for a quiet afternoon pint.

A quiet spot on the high street, perfect for getting some work done. Tables are sturdy and at a good height. The 4G signal is strong, which was a real plus for me. A solid choice for a working lunch.

The cod in the fish and chips was spot on. Really fresh, flaky inside with a crisp batter that wasn't greasy at all. The portion was huge, I couldn't finish it all. Just a solid plate of fish and chips.

Been here for all three meals now. The house wine is solid, and it's just a cozy spot to end the day. Dinner was nice and relaxed.

Nice spot after a walk. The view from Cleeve Hill is the main event. Had a coffee and just sat there for a bit. Parking was easy, which helps. Solid place to pause.

Sunday roast was spot on. Beef was really tender, gravy had a nice depth to it. Portions are big, left feeling pretty full. Classic pub stuff done right.

The Brie and cranberry panini was really nice. Generous portion too. Their cream tea was a highlight - one of the best I've had here. The place got a bit loud later on, but overall a fine spot for lunch.

The staff were really attentive and the vibe was spot on. Had the lamb chops, which were cooked just right. Their wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely. Parking was easy, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the Sunday roast. The portion is huge - you get a proper plateful of everything. It's the kind of meal that keeps you going all day. Decent value for what you pay.

Friendly staff and good coffee. The flapjack they serve at the table is a nice touch.

A decent spot for a family meal, nice and cozy. The Sunday roast was pretty good, though the roast potatoes were a touch soft for my liking. Handy location right off the M5.

First visit. Honestly, the food was a nice surprise. Much better than I'd expect from a chain. Solid burger and chips.
