BBQ wings were unreal, sweet potato fries spot on. Got busy so service lagged a bit, but worth it.

Popped in after shopping for a bite. Place still has that cosy, bit cluttered feel to it, which I like. Had the beef stew, it was proper hearty. Guinness was good too, exactly what you&#39;d want. Service was grand, no complaints. Maybe a bit dear for what it is, but you&#39;re paying for the spot. I&#39;d go back if I&#39;m in the area.

Stopped in again for the Hendricks High Tea&mdash;still as good as the first time. Huge gin selection and the staff actually know their stuff. The sharing teapot is a nice touch.

Solid Sunday roast. Pork belly was spot on, crackling proper crispy. They even did a little cake thing for my birthday, nice touch. Staff were sound, looked after us without hovering. Bit busy but that&#39;s expected. Reckon I&#39;d go back for the beef next time.

The old woodwork and historic details are worth a look for sure. Irish stew had a proper rich sauce, probably the best I tried while I was over.
