Came here on a busy night, place was packed. Got the wild boar and honestly it was the best thing I've had in a while, just fell apart. Liked that they do jacket potatoes instead of the usual rice or fries, bit different. Prices fair for what you get. Would go back.

Came here with a couple of friends after exploring Meteora all day. The open-air seating really is the highlight—you get this insane view of the rocks while you eat. Food was simple but decent, nothing fancy. We stayed longer than planned just because the vibe was so chill. Worth stopping by if you're in the area 🌿

Came here for a birthday and they actually decorated the table—thought that was a sweet touch. The salmon was properly soft, like it just fell apart. Views are gorgeous too. Just a heads up, they prefer cash and it's not cheap for what you get. Still, I'd sit by the window again.

The slow-cooked pork belly was fantastic, no complaints there. But honestly, the portions are on the smaller side for what you pay. Great view though, so you're really paying for that.

Lovely little garden spot in Skiathos town. Owner clearly cares about his herbs and cooking. Everything we had was fresh and tasty.

The courtyard is really lovely, quiet enough to actually have a conversation. Food was good, we had a nice relaxed lunch. It's a bit fancier than the places right by the port, so we booked ahead which was the right call. Service was friendly and let us take our time. Just a heads up, it's a little pricier but you get what you pay for.

The chicken souvlaki in bread here is seriously good. Honestly better than some spots that get way more hype. Plenty of seating too, no one rushing you to finish. Prices felt fair for the island. Just wish they had a bit more sauce on the side, but that's me being picky.

Tucked down a side street, away from the chaos. Got the lamb stew—fell apart perfectly, rich sauce, real home-cooked feel. Even the free watermelon at the end was a nice touch. Wish I'd found this place earlier in my trip.

Came here twice while staying nearby. Fresh fish was solid, staff friendly enough. Right on the beach so the view does most of the work. Not cheap but fair for the location.

Grilled prawns and stuffed squid were solid, portions big for the price. Nice spot by the sea, planes fly over now and then but didnt bother me much.

The owner’s a real character, cracking jokes and making sure everyone’s taken care of. Waitress kept up fine even when it got busy. Fun vibe overall.

The staff actually try to speak your language, which goes a long way. Gyros were solid and cheap, no complaints there. Upstairs balcony gives you a peek of the sea if you grab the right table. One thing though—that chili powder is no joke, I underestimated it and my wine pairing went straight out the window. Should've asked for it on the side.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the lamb shank was the star—so tender it just fell off the bone. The place has that family-run feel, super cozy. Staff were lovely too, checked on us without being pushy. Only thing is it got a bit loud later, but we didn’t really mind 😊

Been coming here for years now. The owner still remembers my usual order, that says something. Food stays consistent, proper Greek home cooking, not tourist stuff. Place is a bit worn out but that's part of the charm honestly. Just had the moussaka again, still as good as the first time I tried it. Captain Nikos runs a tight kitchen.

Went in for a quick lunch and ordered the stewed green beans. Honestly surprised how good they were, soft and full of flavor. Portions are big for the price, that’s always a win. Place was a bit busy but the food came out fast. Would go back just for that dish again.

The lamb was the standout—cooked properly, fell off the bone, and that modern take on the classic recipe actually worked. Place was busy even on a Tuesday, which says something. Service felt personal, like they genuinely cared you were eating well. Only hiccup: we waited a bit between courses, but the food made up for it. I'd go back just for that lamb again.

The beef cheek and shrimp dishes were really good, and the kleftiko stood out the most. Paid around €40 with wine, which felt fair for what we got. Service dragged a bit, but honestly the food made up for it. The seating area felt a little cramped though, not the most comfortable for a long dinner.

Stopped by for lunch and Theo talked us through the menu—super friendly guy. Had the lamb, which was tender and full of flavor. His wife Eva does the cooking, and you can tell it's all homemade. Even the dessert felt like something you'd get at a Greek family table. Place is small and simple, but that's part of the charm.

The fried calamari here is the real deal. Light batter, fresh squid, and that lemon squeeze just works. Had the potato salad too, creamy but not heavy. Came back a second time just for those two dishes. Volos has plenty of spots, but this one got it right.

Loved the vanilla jello with chocolate sprinkles after lunch—such a fun surprise. The stray cats outside were a bonus 😄

We stopped by around Christmas and the owners were so welcoming. You could tell they genuinely cared about how our meal went. The lamb was cooked properly, tender, and the portions felt fair for the price. Only downside? It got a bit busy later, so service slowed down. Still, a solid spot if you're in the area.

The grilled octopus was the only thing that mattered. Tender, smoky, just enough salt. Ate it slow, didn't even look at the harbor once. The rest of the meal was fine but that dish stayed with me. Slightly pricey for what you get, but I'd order it again.

Ordered tsipouro and they just kept bringing little plates with it. So good. Shade under the trees made it even better on a hot day.

Stopped by without a booking and they found us a table right away. Parking was easy, which is always a plus around Troulos. The shrimp saganaki was the standout — rich tomato sauce, decent portion. Moussaka was good too, though I wish it had been a bit warmer. Sat outside, the view was nice but the chairs weren't the most comfortable for a long meal. Still, solid spot.

Stopped by for dinner and the mixed grill caught my eye. Portion was solid, meat cooked properly. They brought out some loukoumades on the house at the end—nice little touch. Place was packed, so service took a minute, but I found a decent Greek red to go with the lamb. Not fancy, just honest food.

Been coming here for years and the lamb gyro never disappoints. Staff still friendly, service quick. Pita was a bit cold this time, but honestly I'll keep ordering the same thing.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Grilled octopus was cooked right, and the gyros were solid. House wine is cheap, which helps. Place was packed with locals, so it got a bit loud, but that's fine. Service was fast enough for a busy night. Good spot if you're in the area and want something simple.
