Finally got to try this place after staring at it from our hotel balcony all week. The menu's got some creative stuff going on, ingredients tasted fresh. Service was quick and the staff seemed genuinely nice. Even our dog got a warm welcome, which was a plus. Pretty solid dinner overall.

Loved the venison here — super tender and full of flavor. The house wine is a nice touch, made from grapes grown right behind the place. Perfect for a casual dinner with friends. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, so we couldn't linger too long. Still, really solid spot. 🍷

Stopped by for a drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The Amaretto Sour was spot on, not too sweet. We grabbed a platter too, cold cuts and cheese were solid. Music was decent, not overpowering. Prices felt fair for Lugano, which is saying something. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The staff here were really welcoming, even when it got busy during lunch. They stayed friendly and on top of things the whole time.

Lovely little spot in Lugano with a pergola-covered garden. Had a great lunch there—decent mix of local and ethnic dishes, prices fair. Staff were friendly too.

The daily special was solid, and the wine paired nicely. Service was quick without hovering. Decent spot for a casual dinner.

The pastries here are really good, especially the almond croissant. Sandwiches are solid too. Staff always friendly, even when it gets busy at lunch. I grabbed a coffee and sat by the window, nice little break. Only thing is the tables are a bit close together, but for a quick bite it works.

Solid pizza at a fair price, just outside the center. The owner was around checking on tables, which I appreciated. Nice to find a place that runs smoothly without any fuss.

Stopped by for lunch near the old town. Pasta was solid, pizza decent too. Prices felt fair for the area. Parking right there is a plus.

Loved the homely vibe here 🌿 The food felt really authentic and the staff were so sweet. Great spot to chill outside with friends for a slow lunch.

Came here for a quick lunch. Food was solid, service actually pretty attentive. Place looks a bit tired though, could use a refresh. Not complaining, just saying. Got what I needed and left. Fine for what it is.

The tagliatelle with porcini was good, no complaints there. But honestly, for the price, the portion felt a bit small. I get that you're paying for the lake view and the outdoor seating, which is nice, but I still left a little hungry. Fine for a one-off relaxed lunch, just don't come starving.

The outdoor seating across from the lake is lovely. Staff made sure we were comfortable without hovering. Tuna tartare was good, pasta a bit heavy but fine.

The lunch menu is pretty solid if you eat meat. I went with a friend who's vegetarian though, and she basically had one salad option and a pasta dish to pick from. That's it. Felt a bit bad for her. My plate was good, decent portion for the price. Just wish they'd balance the menu out a bit more.

Great spot right by the funicular—cappuccino was solid and the pastries tasted fresh. Sat outside watching the cable cars, pretty nice way to kill some time.

Quick service, food came out fresh. Right by the lake, so the view helps. Solid spot for a casual bite if you're nearby.

Came here for a quick drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The lake view from the piazza is really something — makes the whole place feel more open. Staff were friendly enough and drinks came fast even when it started filling up. Just a decent spot to sit and watch people go by.

The gluten-free roll came out fresh without me even asking. Staff clearly knew their stuff about cross-contamination. Felt safe eating here.

Pizza della Posta never disappoints—toppings are generous and the crust holds up every time. Always busy with locals, that says enough.

Loved the cappuccino here, easily one of the best in Lugano. The little library corner is such a nice touch for a chill morning.

The three-course lunch for CHF 24 is a solid deal. Vegetarian options were decent, nothing fancy but fresh. Service was quick and efficient, perfect for a workday break.

That fish paste is seriously the star of the show 🤤 pure umami, never had anything like it. Sushi was fine but honestly just get that.

Coffee’s solid here, had a cappuccino and it hit the spot. Staff were friendly, didn’t rush me even though it was busy. Grabbed a slice of cake too, decent but nothing crazy. Fine for a quick stop if you’re in the area.
