Stayed here while checking out the mercury mine stuff. Room was clean, bed fine. Parking's a bit of a pain, ended up leaving the car across the road by the river. Worked out okay. Good spot if you're just passing through Idrija.

We came here for a quick dinner and honestly the food looked almost too pretty to eat 😅 Prices were super fair for what you get, especially for this area. I’d say it’s a solid pick if you want something a bit nicer without going overboard. Just maybe don’t come in a huge group, it’s pretty small inside.

I had a fantastic dinner here with excellent quality ingredients. The owner is very professional and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable.

The portico is a smart setup. Heated in winter, shaded in summer. Good for a quick business lunch—you can actually have a conversation there. Gets busy around 1 PM.

Great Osteria connected with a vineyard. Food simple but great quality all for a very reasonable price.

Stopped by for a proper Austrian dinner and went for the steak. Cooked exactly as asked, nice char on the outside. The traditional sides were solid too. Place has that warm, family-run feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. Staff were friendly without hovering. Only thing, it got a bit busy later and service slowed down some. Fine by me, food was worth the wait.

Came here on a whim and the rainbow trout from Carinthia was so fresh and delicate. Menu looks promising too, definitely a good spot for a casual catch-up with friends 🙂

The fish tartare and spaghetti were decent, and the Slovenian Pinot Grigio surprised me. Decor feels a bit dated though.

Stopped by for dinner, no reservation needed. Got the grilled stuffed calamari, portion was generous for the price. Place was busy but we got our food quick enough. Nothing fancy, just solid food and fair prices. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The fried calamari was a bit oily, but honestly the risotto made up for it. Nice spot for a casual dinner, though I wouldn't say the mains blew me away.

Rooms were fine, decent view. Breakfast buffet basic but did the job. Quiet spot, still walkable to town. Worked well as a base for a quick Radovljica stop.

Stopped by for a quick dinner while staying nearby. Place is easy to find, just a short walk from the hotels. Had the local trout, cooked simple and fresh. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Service was fine, no complaints. Prices fair for the area. Would come back if I’m in Kranjska Gora again.

The staff here really know their stuff. Our server walked us through the cocktail menu, explaining the botanicals in each gin. It made choosing so much easier. A nice touch you don't always get.

Stumbled upon this cozy tavern in Udine. The owner personally curated a multi-course meal of regional specialties. The food was fresh and perfectly prepared. The real highlight was the wine pairing he suggested - it complemented each course beautifully. A genuine, heartfelt experience.

The Angus steak was the star. Cooked exactly medium-rare, the char on the outside was perfect against the tender, juicy inside. It had a deep, savory flavor that didn't even need the sauce. The goulash was good, but the steak was on another level.

I really appreciate the care they put into sourcing their ingredients. The vegetables in my salad tasted so fresh, like they were just picked. It's clear they prioritize quality.

Staff are super nice and friendly. They remembered our order from last time, which was a nice touch. Makes the whole vibe chill.

Stopped in for a late lunch. The first course was this delicate soup, really flavorful. Second was a pasta with a unique sauce I hadn't tried before. Everything felt thoughtfully made. Good spot for the price.

Great spot for a quick bite. Pastry and coffee combo is solid, and the price is right.

The salami pizza was solid—crispy crust, just the right amount of spice. We walked in right before closing and they still took our order with a smile. Nice surprise.

The Black Angus steak was cooked just right, and the Cabernet pairing worked well. Our server Jadranka even talked us into trying the Bled cream cake—glad she did. Nice spot by the lake, though it did get a bit busy later.

Stopped by for lunch on a work trip. Had the pumpkin soup — easily the best thing I ordered. Seasonal menu does change, so you get local stuff, which I appreciate. Desserts were solid too. Price felt fair for what you got. Place was a bit busy, but service kept up fine.

Too expensive and the service was very disappointing

Prices are fair for the quality. Got the pasta for a quick lunch, ingredients tasted fresh. Portion was just right. Good value for a satisfying bite.

The pork belly bao was the standout. Soft bun, decent amount of filling, and the sauce had a nice kick. Had the cocktail pairing with it, that worked well. Portion size is on the smaller side, so order a few things if you're hungry.
