Half-price wine on Sundays is a steal. We tried a few glasses from their list and found a new favorite red. The vibe was just right for a casual Sunday evening.

Lunch was tasty, especially the pulled chicken sandwich and that Texas gold cake. The place has a really nice vibe, though. Could see myself coming back just for a drink and to hang out when they have music.

Crab enchiladas were the main reason for my visit. The crab filling was fresh and plentiful, which was good. The chipotle cream sauce had a nice kick. A solid choice if you're in the area.

Love the outdoor patio when the weather's nice. The inside is super modern, but it does get pretty loud in there. Hard to have a conversation sometimes.

The happy hour queso is massive and super creamy. We also got the fiesta dipper plate, and the flautas were the clear winner there. Solid deal for a quick bite.

Sat at the bar, which was a great spot. The whipped potatoes were so good, creamy and buttery. Ate them with a spoon.

I had to try the Ranch Water since it was invented here. So refreshing, and definitely strong! The frozen marg is a solid backup choice too.

The fried chicken here is solid. The crunch is on point, and the honey butter sauce is a nice, sweet addition. It’s definitely the thing to order.

Came in for a birthday dinner. The staff were really nice about it. They brought out a Baked Alaska dessert that was on fire, which was a cool surprise. Made the night.

Wink is still my go-to for a special night out. The seasonal menu had a great halibut dish last week. Staff remembered our names, which was a nice touch. Wine pairing was spot on.

The staff here are so nice! It was my first time and they walked me through the menu, even gave me a few generous samples to try. Really helped me pick what to order.

The shrimp tacos are always solid, and the drive-thru in San Marcos is quick. Staff is friendly. My one thing is the margaritas can be a bit too sweet sometimes, but I still order them.

The bread pudding was a highlight. It wasn't too sweet and had a really light texture, which I appreciated after a big meal. A nice, simple way to finish things off without feeling heavy.

Been coming here for years. You can taste the difference with their bananas and chocolate, you know? It's a small thing but it matters.

The ingredients tasted so fresh, especially in the salad. A really nice, clean spot.

A reliable Austin staple. The booths are comfortable and the service is quick, which makes for a very easy lunch.

Kevin and Eric are super friendly! They made our girls' night feel extra welcoming. Food was tasty too.

The chicken and pancakes were my favorite! The chicken was super crispy, and the fluffy pancakes soaked up all the maple syrup. The whipped goat cheese with the fried green tomatoes was a cool, tangy combo I wasn't expecting.

The vegan queso was a nice surprise. Had it with the chickpea salad sandwich on Texas toast. Solid comfort food for a chilly day. The warm drinks were a good call too.

The chicken mole was the best part. Really rich and complex, the sauce had so much going on. Everything else tasted fresh too. Solid spot.

The crawfish are boiled with the seasoning, so you can taste the spices in the head. The sausage side is surprisingly good.

The "I Love You So Much" mural is a classic spot. It's a quick, fun photo op if you're already walking down South Congress.

Saw this place on TV, had to check it out. The burger was solid old-school style. Their house red was a surprisingly good match with the chili cheese tots, cut through the richness nicely. Onion rings were on point.

Steven was so attentive, really made the meal. The grilled octopus was perfectly tender, a nice char on the outside. Just a bit pricey for the portion, but I'd go back for that dish alone.

A cozy spot with friendly staff. The lunch specials are tasty and you can tell a lot is made from scratch.

Our server was really knowledgeable about the menu and took her time explaining the ingredients. Felt very comfortable asking questions.

The tram ride down is a cool touch. But the real star is that hill country view from the table – you don't see that every day.

The rock-and-roll vibe is cool, and their house red was a surprisingly good match for the whole laid-back evening.

The Irish stew was loaded with tender meat and really hit the spot. I'm already thinking about trying their shepherd's pie next time.

Went for Loteria night on a Wednesday! The whole place was buzzing, everyone was playing along in English and Spanish. It made our dinner feel like a little party with friends. Such a fun way to spend a weeknight.
