The bar area is nice and cozy. Service was just as friendly there as in the dining room.

Solid value here. Got the 16oz ribeye with salad, wedges, and bread for the price of just the steak at some places. It's a good deal if you're craving a steak without the fancy steakhouse price tag.

Amaya's is a classic Austin spot for solid Tex-Mex. The enchiladas are a standout, and the homemade corn tortillas really make a difference. It's a relaxed, family-friendly place with consistent service.

I'm a sucker for a good BLT and theirs is stacked! The bacon was crispy, the veggies super fresh, and that toasted bread... so buttery. The onion rings were a nice crispy side, too. Really hit the spot.

The staff here is always so friendly. They make you feel genuinely welcome the moment you walk in. It's a nice, warm touch that really adds to the meal.

The Italian sub is my go-to here! The bread is so fresh and the meats are top-notch. Perfect for a casual lunch with friends, though the place gets pretty packed around noon.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The drive-in service is still a thing, which is pretty neat. The whole place just feels like a time capsule, especially with the oldies playing. Had a decent burger and shake.

The butter chicken was so tender, and the chai was a perfect match. Not too spicy, just right for me. I'd definitely come back for that combo.

Tried the OL SKOOL ramen. Broth was rich, noodles had a good chew. The 'Fire in the Bowl' hot sauce was a nice touch – spicy but you could still taste everything. Solid bowl.

The carne asada steak here is my go-to. It's got that great char on the outside but stays super juicy inside. I've been to a couple of their spots and it's always the same, which is nice.

Food came out quick even on a busy night. Portions were decent for the price.

Ordered takeout. Portions were huge, nothing missing. Food tasted fresh. Solid spot when you just want something reliable.

I've been here a few times now, and the service really stands out. The staff is so friendly and actually knows the menu well. They took the time to explain the ingredients in the specials, which I really appreciate. It makes you feel looked after.

Absinthe selection is wild. Bartender really knew his stuff. Made the happy hour.

The New Orleans BBQ shrimp appetizer was a huge portion, really fresh. Perfect for when you're not super hungry.

The patio by the lake is so peaceful at sunset. Perfect spot to unwind with dinner.

The Brie Burger with caramelized onions was really good. Service was quick and friendly, which made for a relaxed meal.

The cornbread starter is a must-try. The staff handled a small issue with my steak perfectly, and the complimentary dessert was a lovely touch.

The backlit tequila wall is so cool, really sets the mood. Sat on the sidewalk patio and it was just perfect for people-watching on a chill evening.

Cozy spot downtown, feels like a real neighborhood Italian place. Had the chicken parm, it was solid - crispy outside, tender inside. Sauce was a bit on the sweet side for my taste, but still good. Nice for a casual weeknight dinner.

Solid spot for a nightcap in the hotel. The interior is well done, a nice mix of historic and modern. Drinks are well-made, though the service can be a bit slow when they're busy. Good for a quiet drink before turning in.

Spacious with lots of comfy booths, perfect for our big group. The vibe is always chill and the music's good.

The Madras Chicken is a solid choice, especially when you ask for extra spice. It's consistently good, and the staff is always friendly. The place can get a bit loud on weekends, but it's a reliable spot.

Fish tacos were solid, fresh ingredients. Tried the pumpkin pie martini with it, worked well. Casual spot, good for a quick business lunch. Service was efficient.

Sat outside for people-watching. Came back the next day, that's how much I liked the food.

Service was smooth and quick. Server knew the menu well, suggested a wine pairing that worked. Didn't hover, which I appreciate on a lunch break. Got me in and out fast.

The cherry and pecan pies were a total hit at our little get-together! 🥧 Just a heads up, the place is tiny and ordering ahead gets you the best picks.

The portions here are generous, and the food is pretty good for the price. It's a decent spot when you're looking for a solid meal without spending too much.

I'm here all the time. Jeremy and the team are so nice, they already know my order. The food is always fresh, which I love.

Found this spot for a gluten-free brunch. The pancake flight is a clever idea – lets you try a few flavors. Pro tip: use their online waitlist on weekends, it saved us a long wait. Pancakes were solid, not too dense.
