Stopped by with my nephew. The kids menu kept him happy, and we grabbed a table on the patio. It was a nice Austin evening. Food was fine, nothing crazy.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always remembers my usual order. It’s that kind of personal touch that keeps me coming back. Feels like a neighborhood spot even though it’s right downtown.

I get their stuffed avocado with suiza sauce for takeout pretty often. It’s always tasty and filling. The sauce does have a bit more kick than I remember sometimes, but it’s still my go-to.

Bonnie's service is always on point, but honestly, I'm just here for the food. The grilled salmon with that lemon-herb crust is what keeps me coming back. It's cooked perfectly every single time. That's the main thing for me.

Been coming here for years, and their caldo de rez is the reason. Always comes with those fresh, warm corn tortillas. It's the one thing I know I can count on every single time.

Been coming here for years. The catfish is always good, but don't skip the starters. The fried green tomatoes are crispy and tangy, and the corn nuggets are a nice little bite. Solid local spot.

Been coming here for years, and the banana bread pudding is the main reason. It's always just the right amount of warm and gooey. For a hotel spot, they've kept the quality and price point really consistent, which I appreciate.

The crab rangoon is so good, perfect for sharing with friends. It's crispy and tasty, though it's mainly a takeout place.

Ethan was a fantastic server—polite, attentive, and made sure our coffee and water were always full without us having to ask.

Love how bright and airy this place feels. It's a nice spot for a casual lunch. Gets a bit loud when it's packed, but that's just the energy of a popular spot.

Line was out the door at noon, but they moved fast. Got my order in minutes. Staff was friendly even when slammed. Perfect for a quick lunch.

The barbacoa was really good, and the tortillas were fresh. The booths were comfortable, which made for a relaxed meal.

Combo plates here are massive, definitely enough for two. Got the enchilada and tamale plate, and it was a solid deal for the price. Left with leftovers for lunch the next day.

Prices are pretty fair for what you get, and evening parking was a breeze. The burger was solid, nothing crazy but hit the spot. Drinks were decently priced too.

The strawberry cloud smoothie with protein is my go-to. It's always blended just right and gives me a solid start to the morning.

Maria Rosario was our waitress for breakfast. She spoke Spanish, which was a huge help since my parents don't speak much English. Made ordering so much easier for them. She checked on us a few times without being overbearing. Really appreciated that.

Tried the new Lobsterfest menu. The lobster baked potato was my pick. Really focused on the freshness of the lobster meat, it was the highlight for me. The potato itself was a bit heavy, but the seafood was spot-on.

Loved the beer selection here! They had so many local and craft options on tap. The staff was super friendly and even let me try a couple samples before I decided.

Been coming here for years, the taco names always get a chuckle. Tried the Republican and Democrat ones this time. Republican taco was solid, better than the other one. Good flavors, nothing fancy.

The staff here are so nice! They walked us through the menu since it was our first time, which was super helpful. Made us feel right at home. 😊

The mushroom and fried avocado tacos were really good. The salsa verde they serve with them is great. I've never seen those options anywhere else. Horchata was a nice pairing.

The ginger-chili oil dumplings were a standout—really punchy flavor. Chicken banh mi was solid, too. French toast was cooked just right, not soggy at all. That's what I remember from the meal.

The lunch special is a solid deal at $11. My plate came with beans and rice, and a surprisingly decent house red that paired well. A good find for a casual midday bite.

Service was a bit hit or miss, but the vibe and the drinks were on point. Came for a friend's birthday, and the food was solid. Just don't expect super attentive staff the whole time.

The guacamole was a little bland, but I really liked the patio seating on South Lamar. It's a nice, quiet spot to enjoy a veggie burger.

Cool spot with all the movie stuff on the walls. Grabbed a beer before the show, and the vibe made it feel like part of the night out, not just a prelude. The pale ale was a solid choice.
