The Käsespätzle was pretty good—properly cheesy and comforting. You could hear the schnitzel being pounded fresh in the back, which I liked. Place has a decent local beer garden feel. Only downside, the dining area was a bit dusty. Service was fine though, friendly enough.

The cordon bleu was solid and the portion honestly huge — almost couldn’t finish it. Price matched what you get. Fine for a casual dinner in Ehingen.

The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with a mix of traditional and modern touches, making it a great dining experience.
