Sushi boat for two was generous, and the sake pairing worked nicely. Cozy spot, though it gets busy.

Smoked duck and ribs were solid. Staff took time to explain the menu in English, which helped. Portions are big, come hungry.

The cod with mashed potatoes and cheese was spot on, really well cooked. Fish croquettes were decent too. Tripel Karmeliet on the side made it better.

Kalypta is a hidden gem in Leuven with a vibrant atmosphere and great music. The food is not only tasty but also beautifully presented, making it a wonderful dining experience.

Big portions and pretty quick service. Nothing fancy but it worked well for our group. The pasta was decent, maybe slightly overpriced for what you get.

The tagliatelle salmon was the standout. Fish tasted properly fresh, pasta cooked right. Price felt fair for what you get. Service took a while but I didn't really care. I'd order that dish again.

Been coming here for years, and that chicken fillet with mushroom sauce still hits the spot. Staff actually remember you, which is rare in this city. Had a decent glass of red with it tonight, nothing fancy but it did the job. Place gets a bit busy around eight, but that's on me for showing up late.

Been coming here for years and the horse steak still hits the same. Cooked rare like I asked, tender, no fuss. The homemade ice cream after is a solid move too. Place gets busy, so yeah, you'll wait a bit. But that's how you know it's still doing things right.

Great cocktails and the food was solid. The garden area is super chill for hanging out with friends, definitely the highlight for me 🌿

The black rice with seafood was solid, and their wine list paired nicely. Crema Catalana for dessert hit the spot.

Cozy spot that locals clearly love. The vibe is warm and relaxed, food's been solid every time I've been. Just wish the tables weren't so close together.

Solid spot. Good veggie options, which is rare to find around here. Place was quiet enough to actually talk. Pasta was decent, nothing crazy but did the job. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get. Still, I'd come back if I'm in the area.

Lovely spot for catching up with friends over lunch. The staff let us linger way past our bill which was so nice. Already thinking about going back for the pasta.

The thali was solid but you definitely need to order two if you're hungry. Owner did remember my spice preference though, which was nice. Portion size just felt a bit small for the price.

We walked in with 21 people after our original spot cancelled last minute. They pulled it together in about half an hour, which honestly saved us. The staff stayed friendly the whole time, even with the chaos. I had the pasta and it was decent, nothing fancy but fine. Manager came by to check on us, which was a nice touch. Just glad it worked out.

Nice spot if you're after something a bit more intimate. Food was solid, nothing crazy, but the warm vibe made up for it. Prices felt a little steep for the portions though.

Cozy spot with a fireplace, really sets the mood. Had the traditional dishes and they were solid, nothing fancy but well done. Service stayed on top of things without hovering.

The calamari in the meze was delicious, and the lamb in the kokkinisto was really tender. Cinnamon felt a bit much though. Nice intro to Greek food.

No menu, just daily specials. Pasta tasted properly homemade, pizza was solid too. Place felt genuinely Italian, not touristy.

Stopped by for dinner on a weekday. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but the vibe was lively enough to make conversation easy. Service was quick, which I appreciated. Prices fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The wine pairing here is really something. Pascal clearly knows his stuff and poured us a few lesser-known bottles that matched the food better than I expected. I even jotted down one of the names to look up later. Nice little spot if you're into that kind of thing.

Took a while to decide with so many options on the menu. Settled on the Beachbum with Bomshalaka sauce. Bun had a nice crunch and the veggies tasted fresh. Really happy with the choice. The place was busy but we never felt rushed. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky around there. Still, a solid spot for a relaxed meal.

The grilled fish was cooked just right, flaky and moist. They use fresh herbs, not dried, which made a big difference. Portion felt a bit small for the price, but the quality of the ingredients was solid. I'd come back for the lunch menu, seems like a better deal.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the handmade tortillas with the seasoned meat. That’s the real deal, properly flavored. Price felt fair for what you get. Service was friendly, nothing fancy, but fine. Place gets busy around noon, so don’t expect a quiet meal. I’d go back if I’m in the area.

The tasting menu had some really fresh, well-balanced dishes. Loved how the vegetables were handled. Wine pairing was nice too. A bit pricey for the portions, but the ingredients felt quality.

Came for the Indian food, stayed for the Nepalese momos. The chicken tikka masala was rich and flavorful, and the mixed grill was a solid choice. The lassi was perfectly balanced, not too sweet.
