The tasting menu really lived up to the Michelin star. Each course surprised me, and the local ingredients with modern twists felt fresh. Service was attentive without hovering. Just wish the pacing was a bit quicker.

The portions were super generous and everything tasted fresh. Great spot to hit up with a group of friends when you're hungry 🍴

Nice spot right by the wildlife park. Wood interior looks great. Beer was solid, food's pretty traditional too.

The ouzo before and after the meal was a nice touch. Souvlaki was tender, and I really liked the buttered rice—simple but tasty. Good spot for a relaxed dinner.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Location is the main draw—right next to the narrow-gauge railway, kinda cool to watch while you eat. Service was fast, no waiting around. Beer garden's decent for a chill break. Food did the job, nothing fancy but fine for a bite. Prices fair for what you get. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something quick.

The fish risotto was spot on — rice still had a bite and the sauce worked really well with the fish. Lucky to get a table on Christmas Day without a reservation.

Solid spot right by the castle. Had the pizza and pasta, both were decent. Service was attentive without hovering. Interior's got that classic feel. Fine for a quick meal after sightseeing.

Decent spot for vegetarians - plenty of options and they handled my gluten-free request without fuss. Food tasted fresh, well-prepared. Nothing fancy but solid. Slightly slow service mid-meal, but I'd still come back.

Been coming here for a while now, and the vibe still gets me. Indoor trees, soft lighting—feels like a little slice of Italy without leaving the city. Pizza's been consistent every time, which is honestly why I keep coming back. Not the cheapest spot, but you get what you pay for. Solid choice if you're in the area.

The owners, a Punjabi couple, were friendly and efficient. Veg kofta and mango lassi hit the spot. Solid spot for Indian food in Wernigerode.

We got there half an hour before closing and they still let us in, which I appreciated. The potato selection is huge, really. I had the dumplings and they were hearty, exactly what I needed on a cold evening. The chocolate menu caught my eye too. Place has that old-school charm, nothing fancy, but comfortable. Maybe a bit quiet at that hour, but fine.

Vietnamese and Japanese plates were solid, nicely plated. Free plum wine and a hot towel on the house was a nice touch. Service kept it chill.

The cakes are the real reason to come here—got a slice of their chocolate torte and it was solid. Cappuccino was good but came in a tiny cup. Fine for a quick stop.

Big portions, fair price. Jägerschnitzel was really good, one of the better ones I've had here. Kids meal cheap too, nuggets actually homemade. Place was busy but food came quick. Solid spot for a fast lunch.

Stumbled in without expecting much. Schnitzel was solid, crispy, not greasy. Prawn pasta had decent kick to it. Tomato soup felt like an afterthought but okay. Churros saved the end, warm and sugary. Place was busy but we got a table fast. Fine for a random dinner stop.

Stopped by for a quick bite and the view really caught me off guard—gorgeous. Coffee was solid, though vegan choices were pretty limited.

Lovely place with different seating areas on several levels. We grabbed a spot upstairs and it felt pretty relaxed. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the service took a while. Not a big deal if you're not in a hurry, just something to keep in mind. I'd come back for the vibe alone.

The apricot schnapps shot was a solid call, way better than mulled wine. Lunch service moves fast, food's hearty and fair priced. 👍

The grilled salmon was fresh and flaky, not overcooked at all. Portion felt right for the price. Nice to find a spot that gets the basics right.

The service was friendly and attentive, contributing to a perfect evening. The unique flavor combinations in the dishes were a delightful surprise.

The Cretan platter was solid, meat well-seasoned and fries nice and crispy. Could've used more tzatziki though. Free dessert at the end was a nice touch.

We stopped by for lunch and the schnitzel was solid—crispy, not greasy. They swapped the mushroom sauce for roulade sauce without making a fuss, which I appreciated. Portions are generous, definitely enough to share or take home. The room itself is a bit tight, though. Old town setting means narrow tables and not much space between them. Fine for a quick meal, but I wouldn't linger too long.

An excellent little restaurant. Although the menu was all in German, the waiter was very happy to translate for us and explain a lot more about the dishes. He was also excellent in helping us to navigate the 150+ wines. The food was absolutely fantastic. Loved it all

Service was quick even when the place was packed. Portions are generous, food solid Greek. Outdoor seating nice. Book ahead if you go during peak hours.
