The hand cheese with Pilsner hit the spot, and the staff were friendly. Cozy little spot right by the station. Just a heads up, it gets a bit smoky inside.

Stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday. Place is run by a family, feels like eating in their living room. Had the schnitzel, it was solid. Nothing fancy, just proper German cooking. Service was friendly, not overbearing. Prices are fair for what you get. I'll probably come back when I'm in the area.

The sandwiches are solid, and the fresh omelette option is a nice touch. Just wish they had soy milk.

The cappuccino was solid and the ice cream hit the spot. Nice spot right on the town hall square in Montabaur. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Friendly staff even though our German was limited. Sat outside, nice for people-watching. Easy walk from the U-Bahn.

We were there for Sunday lunch. Service was very good and friendly. The ambience elegant, however relaxed . And the food was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The owner’s passion really shows in the dips platter — so much flavor in every bite. My main dish was solid too. Fair prices for what you get.

Walked in without a booking, got a spot at the counter right away. That was lucky. Had the schnitzel and a salad—portion was solid, not one of those tiny plates you sometimes get. Schnitzel was crispy, meat stayed juicy. Price felt fair for what came out. Counter seating's a bit tight, but you're there to eat, not stretch out.

The new ambiance is fantastic, complementing the high-quality cuisine and excellent service. It's a great place to enjoy a meal.

Wonderful restaurant in a beautiful ambience with great service and exceptional dishes and a great wine selection. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

Decent little place, cozy vibe. Coffee was good, homemade cheesecake really hit the spot. Service friendly but a bit slow since only one person was handling everything.

Came here for lunch and honestly the menu prices surprised me—pretty cheap for what you get. I ordered the schnitzel and it was huge, definitely didn’t leave hungry. Place is small but cozy, kind of feels like a local spot. Service was fine, nothing crazy. Would go back if I’m in the area again.

The chilaquiles with nopales were incredible—best I've had. Horchata was spot on too. Lovely vibe inside, though it got a bit warm by the window.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the tacos, they were solid and came out fast. Place gets packed around noon, so it’s a bit loud. But if you need a decent Mexican fix without the wait, this works. Prices are fair for the area.

The aperitif selection here is seriously good—best I've come across in a while. Paired mine with a light snack and it hit the spot. Place gets busy, but worth it for that drink alone.
