The building's got real character, those low doorways are a fun touch. But honestly, for the price point, the portions felt a bit on the smaller side. You're paying more for the atmosphere than a really filling meal.

Solid jerk chicken. Tender, good spice. Came here for a quick business lunch, service was efficient. The place has that authentic local pub vibe. A bit dark inside, but that's part of the charm. Would stop by again if in the area.

The staff are so friendly and attentive - they really make you feel welcome. It's a lovely spot for catching up with friends.

Emma was a great server for our first bottomless brunch. The whole vibe was really relaxed, just a nice spot to unwind for a couple of hours. We'll be back for sure.

The riverside garden is lovely. The outdoor heaters made it so cosy for a drink.

Came here for a quick lunch. The slow-cooked beef was spot on, really tender. Service was fast, which is what I needed. Got me in and out in no time. 👍

A decent spot opposite Swindon station, very handy. The weekend live music makes it lively, though it can get a bit loud.

Popped in on a Friday and the sourdough was fresh out of the oven. That warm bread with one of their real ales just hit the spot. A simple, lovely combo.

Waitress was really good, polite and confident. Bar staff members took my conversations while sorting drinks out for another guest. This sped up my service. A really nice pub with good fresh food

Loved the patio for a drink before lunch! The menu had some really interesting small plates. We tried the grilled octopus with smoked paprika oil – the texture was spot on. Moved inside when it got a bit breezy. Service was friendly and quick.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. They handled our large group with ease, and even prepared a special dish for a dietary need without any fuss. It made the whole evening very relaxed.

The staff were great with my food allergy. They checked with the chef and explained everything. Felt safe ordering. Quick and considerate service during a busy lunch.

The halloumi was so good, and the beer garden is a lovely spot for a sunny day.

A nice, cosy pub. The food was good, but what really made it for me was the comfortable seating. It's the kind of place where you can settle in for a long, relaxed chat without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and attentive too.

A lovely spot that's really welcoming to dogs. I had the ciabatta, which was fresh and came with a nice side salad. The whole place felt very clean and tidy, which made for a relaxed lunch. Prices seemed fair too.

Great spot for a pint, especially with the dog. Staff were really helpful finding us a table when it was packed.

George was a star. His wine recommendation was spot on and he kept the glasses topped up. Really made the evening.

Love the mix of locals and regulars here, always gives it a nice buzz. Plenty of seating inside, and the outdoor area is perfect when the weather's good. Just a really comfortable spot to unwind.

Solid pub grub. The steak and ale pie was spot on, flaky pastry and tender beef. Proper pint to go with it. They've kept the old-school vibe but the kitchen's clearly got it right.

The Sunday roast here is a generous portion, and the parsnips and carrots were lovely. Service was quick, which was nice. My only small note is that the seats are a bit hard for a long, relaxed meal.

Great portions and a solid drinks list. Perfect spot for a casual catch-up with friends.

The garden is so pretty now! 🍃 Perfect for catching up with friends over a glass of wine. The new owners have really made it feel cosy and inviting. We stayed for ages just chatting.

Just popped in for a Sunday roast. The beef was spot on, and the Yorkshire pudding was massive. Really generous portions. Staff were dead friendly, made it a nice afternoon.

The team was so thoughtful about my allergies. They double-checked everything without me having to ask twice. Felt genuinely looked after, which isn't always the case. A really considerate touch.

Love the chilled-out vibe here. Grabbed a beer, found a worn-out comic to flip through, and just relaxed for a good hour. The place has a really nice, quirky character.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The burger was spot on, and the proper chips were really good – proper crispy outside, fluffy inside. Had a pint of the local ale with it, which was just right. Solid lunch.
