Love this little spot for catching up with friends! The vibe is just right for a relaxed afternoon. Their selection of wines from midday is solid, and they&#39;re really good with customising drinks if you have any dietary needs. A nice independent find.

Great decaf espresso martini here! The bar staff really knew their stuff. Beer selection looked solid too. A nice, quiet spot for a proper drink after work.

Found this pub while looking for a Sunday roast. It was quiet, which was nice. The roast beef was cooked well, and the pint was good. Service was efficient. A solid option if you&#39;re in the area.

Had the full English here. Solid and affordable. The unlimited coffee refills were a nice touch, kept the cup warm while I worked through the plate. Would have liked to see a proper black pudding, but you can&#39;t complain for the price.

Really nice carvery.  Good value for money.  Helpful staff, but Disabled access not very good. Had to get staff to open a side door to let my husband in, as he could not negotiate the steps.
