Lovely spot right by the old city wall. Food was hearty and portions generous. Young staff were attentive without hovering. Only downside: got a bit loud inside when it filled up.

Chicken avocado burger was solid, sweet potato fries came out crispy and seasoned just right. Food hit the table in like 10 minutes, which surprised me. Service was friendly without hovering. Place was decently busy for a weekday. Would grab lunch here again if I'm in the area.

Stumbled in here without expecting much and honestly it was a nice surprise. Cozy spot, lots of breakfast options — I went for the eggs and pancakes. The homemade chocolate cream on the side? That was the highlight for me. Service was friendly too. Not too pricey for what you get.

The lunch bento was solid. Got the chicken katsu one, decent portion for the price. Staff were nice enough, didn't have to wait long. Paid with card, no hassle. Nothing fancy but it does the job if you're in the area and hungry.

Big portions and the price is right. Been here a few times now, lunch is always solid. Quality stays consistent, which is why I keep coming back.

The seating was really comfortable and the staff made me feel at ease right away. Lighting could be warmer, but honestly didn't bother me much.

The owner actually came by to check if the spice level was okay—nice touch. Food's bold and tasty, but "spicy" really means spicy here. Just bring cash, no card. 🌶️

Came back after the renovation—place looks fresh but still has that old charm. New owners added some variety to the menu. Solid spot.

The duck was uneven—some parts overdone, a bit oily too. But the portion was huge, which I appreciated. Sat outside, though the lighting was dim and mosquitoes wouldn’t leave me alone. Still, I’d come back to try another dish. Maybe something lighter next time.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the currywurst and it hit the spot. Flavor was solid, not too heavy. Place was busy but I still got my food fast. That's all I really ask for on a short break. Maybe a bit cramped inside, but whatever. Fine for a bite.

The shawarma here is legit — tender meat, fresh bread, close to what I've had in the Middle East. Best meal I had all week in Germany.

Trained baker here, so I’m fussy. Their bread is solid, and the filled rolls—almost €4—are stuffed enough to justify it. Doughnuts are a highlight too. One of the few spots that still gets it right.

Came here with a couple of friends on a Saturday night and it was buzzing. The Bretarte is seriously good—crispy, salty, perfect with a glass of red. It’s a bit loud when it’s packed, but that just made it feel more lively. Cool spot in an old pharmacy, definitely a fun place to hang out for a few hours. 🍷

Great takeaway spot. Food was packed nicely and the flavors really hit the spot. Staff were friendly when I called and picked up. Solid choice if you're in the area.
