The Hugo Spritz was spot on. The Sticky Chicken from the bar snacks menu though, that was the star. Perfectly glazed, tender, and just the right size for sharing. A solid choice for a casual drink and a bite.

Sunday lunch today was our second meal here after an excellent prix fixe dinner earlier in the week. Everything from the buffet spread to start with to the main meal and dessert was first-rate, made even more special by the fact that the expected sirloin of beef was replaced by chateaubriand! Served pink at our request it was tender and succulent. Fullmarks to the chef and to Will our genial and professional server.

Stopped in to get out of the rain. The place was pretty full but they found us a table. The service was spot on, really attentive without being pushy. We ended up lingering over dessert and coffee, felt like we got our money&#39;s worth.

Stumbled upon this spot on a girls&#39; trip to York. The chicken naga had just the right kick, and the garlic naan was so good we ordered a second round. Perfect for sharing and catching up.

The lunch deal is a steal. Got the grilled chicken, portion was huge and the meat was juicy, cooked just right. For what you pay, the quality is seriously good.

Decent portions, and I was happy to see a good few veggie options. The mushroom risotto was solid, creamy and packed with flavour. Could&#39;ve used a touch more seasoning for my taste, but a satisfying plate.

The lamb platter was huge, easily fed two. The meat was good quality and everything tasted fresh, especially the tzatziki.

The staff are so nice and quick to clear plates. Makes the whole meal feel relaxed.
