Lhasa Qinghai-Tibet-Sichuan-Tibet Highway Monument, witnessing the miracle of the PLA on the roof of the world. The monument is a three-sided monument, and the name of the monument is "Sichuan-Tibet-Sichuan-Tibet-Sichuan-Tibet Highway Monument" written by Comrade Hu Yaobang. The Qinghai-Tibet Highway starts in Xining City, Qinghai Province, and ends in Lhasa City, Tibet. It was opened to traffic in 1954, with a total length of 1937 kilometers and an average altitude of more than 4,000 meters. It is the highest and longest asphalt road in the world. From the east of Sichuan-Tibet Highway, Chengdu, Sichuan, is divided into north and south lines in Xindu Bridge, and meets in Bangda, via Nyingchi to Lhasa. Among them, the north line is 2412 kilometers long and officially opened in 1954. The south line is 2149 kilometers long and officially opened in 1958.
