在成都吃的比较满意的一顿火锅，食材新鲜味道好之外，服务值得拿出来大说特说。不知道这是否因为我去的是非正常饭点客人少的缘故，从入座那一刻热情的服务接踵而来，媲美海底捞的节奏。店内古色古香的环境也很适合吃火锅，服务员给我们安排了靠窗区域，舒适度和私密性相对更好。当然我给一家店五星最重要的还是口味方面让人满意，这一餐几乎点了川锅所有最特色的食材，几乎款款满意。锅底必须选全牛油锅底吃起来才过瘾，辣度较高，是我的菜。小吃类：红糖糍粑和红糖冰粉是辣锅最佳搭配，解油解辣，本身味道也是高水准，红糖味道高级，配啥都好。冰粉材料丰富甜口柔和，糍粑酥脆度好；荤菜类：「鲜毛肚」与「精品千层肚」都喜欢，短时间涮下就是最好的口感，两盘吃下去有了初步过瘾的感觉；「挂面鸭肠」新鲜度爆棚，夹住一头能拉很长，锅内一烫放入口中甚是鲜美；「嫩牛肉」和「麻辣牛肉」是我吃辣锅必点，这牛肉量大价格也不高，随便吃吃就要了双份，除了好吃不想说别的！素菜类推荐「笋片王」和「豆芽」。很满意的一餐，把店铺推荐给很多朋友。

原打算去宽窄巷子吃火锅的，结果路上搜到一家全五星好评的火锅店，专车司机也说他家好吃，果断的转战这里，大吃一顿。来时还不到五点，客人还不多。不过七点多走的时候外面已经开始排队了。大厅很大的，周边还有小包房。整体装修是传统中式的风格。点的牛油红锅。至于菜品，鸭肠、千层肚、黄喉、耗儿鱼、酥肉、贡菜、菊花笋、功夫黄瓜这些四川火锅的特色食材一一来了一遍。他家的锅底没有想象中的那么辣，有得时候买了两包底料回家接着吃[微笑]食材都不错，尤其是鸭血，格外的好吃。极品耗儿鱼头回吃，肉很嫩的。美中不足的是，服务员竟然要把整盘的千层肚一起下到锅里，被我制止了，这样不就少了吃四川火锅时的那种感觉了嘛。整体来看，不错，很值得再来。

口味非常好，朋友是当地人，推荐我吃了这家，本来让我去高升桥店，因为我住的离北大街近，就来了这家吃。点了清汤和牛油锅，麻辣牛肉，酥肉，毛肚等，红糖凉粉偏甜，油油饭配火锅本来就是我的最爱，好吃！服务员微笑服务及分区专管做的不错。还让我们写了服务口味等评价。价格也很实惠。来成都不容错过！
