Danzhou Millennium Ancient Salt Field Review

The millennium salt field in Zhangzhou is located in the millennium salt field in Yantian Village, Yangpu Peninsula, Hainan, and is approved as a tourist attraction. Because the salt taste here is fresh and has a variety of diseases, after the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty reported, the imperial book "Zhengde" was given to the salt field people. Hainan's thousand-year-old salt field is known as the earliest salt field to use sun, retaining the intact original folk salt production process of ancient salt field. There are more than 1,000 different shapes of the rock salt trough dense beach. There are still more than 30 salt workers in Yantian Village, and the salt fields are used every day to work in an ancient way for more than 1,200 years.

The Qianzhou Millennium Yantian Scenic Area is located in Yantian Village, Yangpu Peninsula, Hainan. 儋州千年古盐田位于海南洋浦半岛盐田村。盐工们根据海南岛高温烈日的特点，改变过去“煮海为盐”的方法，用经过太阳晒干的海滩泥沙浇上海水过滤，制成含高盐分的卤水，再将卤水倒在石槽内，经暴晒制作成盐巴。由于这里的盐味鲜，并对多种疾病有疗效，清朝乾隆皇帝闻报后，御书“正德”赐给盐田人。海南千年古盐田被誉为最早采用日晒的制盐场，保留完好的原始民间制盐工序的古盐场，有1000多个形态各异的砚式石盐槽密布海滩。盐田村仍有30多户盐工，每天都在这片盐田上沿袭着1200多年来的古老方式劳作。儋州千年古盐田也成为海南著名的景区，在景区内有很多卖盐焗鸡的，可以品尝一下。古盐田四周风景很美，最常见的植物就是仙人掌和野菠萝，而不远处就是著名的洋浦港，那边到处是热火朝天的建设场面，以及往来停泊的各国货轮。但这边古盐村的生活却不受影响，依然平静，悠闲，孩童在古盐田旁边的池塘中嬉闹，老人在村边的古榕下静静的纳凉，古盐村的人迎来送往，淡定从容。

千年古盐田是儋州的一大特色，经过时间的沉淀，虽然盐田已经不再产盐，但是剩下的古迹仍然能看到曾经辉煌的样子，那些一个个古老而独特的盐田，成了滨海城市一道最美丽的风景！
