situated in a traffic free street, this restaurant has a trendy atmosphere? Not very big, as is the menu. They propose three set menus, but one can choose all dishes seperately is desired. We had nice marinated salmon, a delicious soup with lots of clams and lobster (superb) as starters. Mains were perfectly cooked beef with trufflesauce and a red bream on smoked mackerel. Deserts were all based on panacotta: one mokka and one rhubarb (although this was the only minor dish since we couldn't determine the rhubarb in the plate). A real discovery, a must when in the neighbourhood. Really the sea on your plate!
