Le Ricaux is located near the intersection of Rue de la Chassee D'Antin and Boulevard Haussmann. It is also right next door to the Galleries Lafayette (by the door on the west side of the Department store). It is a very small restaurant and bar and they have outside tables and a few high top tables in the bar area. They also have several regular tables in the small dining area. I went to this restaurant for lunch with my wife on a Thursday afternoon in late October. We spent some time shopping and then stopped here for a quick lunch and sat indoors at one of the high top tables. I had a Tartine open faced sandwich which I really enjoyed and my wife had a salad which she really enjoyed. The food was reasonably priced and tasted great (except my diet coke was 5 Euros) My expectations for this restaurant were low since it was so small but I ended up liking it and thought it was a nice place to stop for lunch. The server was very nice and spent some time talking to us about the menu and about some of the local food items on the menu. We enjoyed watching her work as she was struggling with very demanding Chinese women. The server ended up teaching her loudly when to say thank you to a server in France (this was kind of funny). She spoke English pretty well. Overall I think that Le Ricaux is a nice place to stop for lunch and recommend it. It is right next to Galleries Lafayette so is an easy choice if you are looking for a quick bite after shopping.
