Antigua casona de dos plantas construida en el siglo XIV con un precioso techo a cuatro aguas y cuatro pequeñas torres en la parte superior. Está ubicado en la parte este del centro histórico, cerca de la Catedral. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial la construcción fue muy dañada por lo que se sometió a un procese de restauración que le devolvió su brillo original.
