Loiseau des Ducs Review

I recently dined at Loiseau de Ducs and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Every dish I tried was delicious, showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. From appetizers to desserts, the flavors were outstanding, and I left feeling satisfied.However, I must address some issues with the service. While the food was exceptional, there were notable delays in the administrative aspect of our experience. We waited for the bill for nearly half an hour, which was quite frustrating. When the bill finally arrived, we discovered that all the wine we had ordered was missing from it. It took an additional five minutes for the staff to rectify the error and locate our wine selections.Despite these issues, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in resolving the situation promptly. However, improving the efficiency of administrative tasks, such as bill processing and accurately recording orders, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

Amazing food and accommodating staff.

The service was what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, however, the food was mediocre. My main entry was beef with sides and a sauce, the entire plate was room temperature to lukewarm. The desert was nothing to write home about. It could be that they were having an off night but we traveled to Dijon to experience the excellent food and wine. This experience was disappointing.

I was alone travelling in Dijon and I decided to have lunch at Loiseau des Ducs. I really enjoyed it, the meal and the service were perfect. I took the lunch menu, a cheese plate and two glasses of local wine. And the restaurant presented several small snacks and two mini-desserts. I advise visiting this restaurant if you want to try creative and delicious food

This style with strong color saturation and contrast is the tone protein cream mousse of the whole meal. The French bread held by the red wine beef sauce with the beef tendon mushroom spice bread is absolutely the air-dried way of the beef in Figure 6 to seal the edge. The beef inside is soft and delicious and with the smell of wild. The homemade mayonnaise is also rich and light. The original sauvage is like this...
