Qixingtan Scenic Area Review

Incredible beach, great views and there's a path you can walk on if you don't want to walk on the pebbles.Blue water and very few people (in March).There's a cafè with a great view of the sea.

Very nice scenery place. Water is clean and many nice stones/rocks around. A good place to relax while enjoying the nice view around.

Qixingtan is located in Beipu Village, Xinchengxiang, Hualien County. On the east side of Hualien Airport, Qixingtan is a bay that stands out on the side of Meilun's nose. Qixingtan used to be the most prosperous place in Hualien's development and fixed fishing. There were really sporadic lakes scattered in the early years. Today, it is generally called Qixingtan to refer to the area north of Meilun Industrial Zone and Hualien Airport. The coastline stretches more than 20 kilometers and the beach width is about 100 meters. Most of them belong to the gravel beach, so that Qixingtan becomes the best place to walk the waves and pick up stones in the suburbs of Hualien.
