Visited the restaurant based on reviews and close proximity to the Hotel Valencia. The food was outstanding. They had a 3 course or 5 course Prix-Fixe meal choice. Being vegetarian, they were quite happy to accommodate our needs. My wife went 3x and I went 5x. All of the courses were individually prepared so our dinner lasted for about 2 and half hours. Ouch... But the food and experience was worth it. The staff was very attentive and good humored. Not stuffy at all... We plan to go back.

Impeccable service, some innovative preparations and the in house charcuterie make this well worth a visit. Get seated early for a reduction in price on the prix fixe menu. Defines "local" food quite well.

First, parking is not an issue despite being downtown. Two lots including a city / public lot across the street. Second, a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it for the quality, extraordinary variety, and service. (meal for two was $261 before gratuity). Although the portions seemed small, I could not finish my dessert because I was so full. I would recommend taking the wine pairings and go in the middle of the week if you have the option. Very limited seating capacity so it is probably very crowded on the weekends. I used Open Table app to make my reservation. No concerns or worries.

We enjoyed the kitchen view seating. What an experience. We observed all the food being prepped and presented with such style. Our group of four decided to go all the way with a five course dinner and wine parings. We were so pleased. First, our dedicated server was well versed in food and wine yet was so down to earth and fun. Nothing pretentious yet very classy. He made for a comfortable atmosphere. When one person in our party could not do a raw quail egg (which was awesome), they made a special treat for him. As we watched it being prepared we "ohhh'd and Ahhh'd" not realizing they made it to please him. Imagine bringing it out to us! We were a group of two couples so we placed our orders with the intention of sharing it all. The course came perfectly timed. We never felt rushed or waiting. I might add I asked for our menu to be signed and they graciously did so. Pricey? Yes, of course. It's special and unique. Quail and Beef Burgundy (darn auto correct won't let me type this in French) were the entrees. Delectable and ample servings. No leaving hungry tonight! Service and food was all 5 star. Weeknight. Make reservations. A perfect experience! So make your reservation already!
