Shanghai Natural Museum Address: No. 510, Beijing West Road Transportation: 5 minutes walk from Exit 1 of the Natural Museum of Metro Line 13 Tickets: 30 yuan for adults, 12 yuan for students, 25 yuan for the elderly Time: 9:00—17:15, admission stopped at 15:30 (closed on Monday) Shanghai Natural Museum has been built, moved and expanded, The last is located in Jing'an Sculpture Park, which has a time flow of decades. With its rich collection of specimens and graphic materials, it has become one of the largest natural museums in China. The exhibition hall covers a variety of natural sciences such as paleontology, botany, zoology, anthropology, geology, astronomy and many other natural sciences. With a rich and multi-functional display, visitors can provide a perfect viewing experience. The pavilion covers a large area, not only indoors there are 10 exhibition areas, but also outdoor architectural design is refreshing. Recently, I went to the park to shoot cherry blossoms. I couldn't stop to watch it. I found that a few groups of sculptures were added to the green ramps on the periphery, highlighting the anti-epidemic content. I saw only a small boat, the front-line personnel wearing anti-epidemic clothes, guarding the small animals with masks, and couldn't help but have pity and respect. Yes, the epidemic is currently maintaining the human community, including harmony with animals, so that we can share difficulties. The night fell, the exterior wall of the exhibition hall revealed the confused lights, the lawn behind the water, the cherry blossom trees in the distance came from the whisper of tourists, the moment was particularly emotional, the good life is not easy to come, proud of the motherland!

Great place. You can learn a lot of history and culture from this great museum. There is 5 stories exhibiting different historical artifacts. There is also a 4D movie theatre and more shows at the different levels which needs booking in advance.

Almost everything is written in both Chinese and English so there's no problem in visiting without a local friend. There are also a few stores within the museum.

A great place especially if you love dinosaurs. Very well maintained, neat and foreigner-friendly with a very helpful staff. A lot of species were titled with their biological names in English and not the common name

This huge science museum makes surely great impression to us: plenty of exhibitions, informative, well presented with different death animals aand bones from shells, mammals, insects, etc. The entrance fee (30 rmb for adult, children under 6 free) is affordable. Better come early in the morning on weekdays to avoid crowd. Easy to reach by metro, but there is not much eateries nearby.
