Wang Zhen General Monument is located in the west side of Xingkai Lake Tourism Area, the second branch of the 8th May 10th Farm in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area, covering an area of 5376 square meters. The red natural marble monument stands in the middle. The front of the monument is engraved with the inscription written by Jiang Zemin's secretary, and the back of the monument of General Wang Zhen describes the hard work of General Wang Zhen leading the division to reclaim the Northern Wilderness.
