小时候就有的店了，很有感情的。老鸭煲最有名吧，但是其他菜也是很好。老厨师做的菜，这种厨师也算是非物质文化遗产了吧。一家店能不能开得长久就主要还是靠口味说话。点的不是老鸭煲，常规菜，人多点儿点老鸭煲更好。

老牌的杭帮菜了，一开始就是从杭州吃起来， 一直吃到上海，虽然上海的分店家数减少了不少，也降级到提供工作午餐套餐，但是不可否认性价比一直不错，而老鸭汤也是心目中排前三的。

张生记是老牌杭帮菜餐厅，地道口味，老鸭汤的味道还是一如既往的好，放了笋干和火腿肉，汤底特别鲜美，鸭肉炖的很烂，其他菜品也不错
