I booked a one-day tour of Kyoto while on a 3-night, 4-day family trip to Osaka. Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with the meeting locations or the itinerary, but I appreciated that the guide reminded us of the meeting points via KakaoTalk the day before and shared stories about the places and culture throughout the bus ride. I was touched by how diligently our guide, Saidoshiko, spoke Korean, and she was incredibly responsible in her work. Because she spoke Korean so well, I believe even first-time travelers to Japan would feel no pressure regarding communication issues. Also, towards the end of the tour, she recommended a great restaurant for dinner, allowing my family and me to enjoy a delicious and affordable meal.★

I had the best day with Guide Seo Geum-bong! It was my first time in Japan and I didn't know much, but you explained everything thoroughly and took such good care of me. Thank you. I can't post a photo because my face is in it, but you took pictures for us, recommended food, and even though it was hectic leading a large group, you looked after us with such attention to detail. I booked this tour because I wanted to visit Kyoto for a day while staying in Osaka! I decided to go on a tour because I figured going on my own would require researching subways and buses, and I'd end up wasting a lot of time traveling. Since it was a private bus, the trip was very comfortable, and the guide at Kumumichi did a great job with the tips and explanations. 👍 I booked a tour that only visited the three most famous places because I wanted to look around at a leisurely pace. Since there is a lot of walking, it was great to be able to rest comfortably during the bus rides!! I think I made the right decision booking this! (The deer really enjoyed the grass you gave them at the deer park; thank you so much! 🤗👍) Thank you so much for recommending great restaurants on the way to Osaka and for helping me make a reservation at a restaurant I specifically requested!! Thanks to you, I had a really delicious dinner. 🫶✨️★

The highway was closed. The whole journey took extra an hour! But it was smooth and the Chinese lady tour guide is very patience and polite! I have taken a lot of nice photo even though it was a raining day!★

The driver was very friendly and could arrange each trip to his own specifications. He would also contact you the day before the trip to confirm the itinerary. I highly recommend hiring them if you are traveling in a group to Osaka!
