In Jetty Bas Terminal, taking the bus to the tourist distribution center under the mountain, directly to the window to buy tickets and take the cable car up the mountain is the most convenient way to travel, helping me save a lot of climbing time. There are ice cream sales on the mountain, as well as restaurants, amusement parks and many observation decks. Standing on the top of the mountain, you can enjoy the charm of the natural scenery, overlooking the Georgetown port terminal, Penang Bridge and city construction. During British rule, senior officials lived here, and soldiers under the mountain used the flag to convey an important message, calling the mountain The flag-raising mountain, which is the origin of the name of the flag mountain. It is a common way to travel down the mountain by cable car. The first cable car was officially launched in 1923 until 1977. The new cable car was introduced from Switzerland from 1977 to 2010. The new cable car, which is now in use, was officially launched in May 2011, with speeds of up to 10 km per hour and up to the top of the mountain in four minutes. In September 2021, Penang, Malaysia, was listed as a UNESCO Biopark Reserve, becoming the third region in the country to receive this award.

Ctrip's ticket is not a train ticket to go up the mountain, you need to buy another one! Then I went to the top of the mountain and didn't find where to use this ticket, and I couldn't refund it. I wasted money! The view on the top of the mountain is not bad, overlooking the entire Penang
