Everything went well, on time, we were quickly allowed onto the boat, everything was organized. There was enough food and alcohol, not super tasty, but quite edible. There was live music. The views weren't great, but overall I liked it.★

We got through immigration in minutes! The ordinary line was estimated for over a hour, so I was please to have help getting out of the busy airport faster. The staff member who guided us was very helpful and even helped us secure our bags quicker and find our transportation to the hotel. I recommend if you don’t want to be in the airport for hours or even if it’s your first time in Thailand.★

It was a fantastic trip, and the kids had a blast. There were bilingual (Chinese and English) guides on site, and the staff were very welcoming, encouraging interaction and taking photos.
