Ellen did a great job navigating our group to areas to have the best vantage points for watching the Kings Guards. Even after many visits to London I was not aware of these areas. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nice to have all the different buildings along the Mall pointed out, as well as other interesting pieces of royal trivia. I appreciated the additional tips about where to go following the tour.

Benedict, our guide, was excellent! He has a perfect command of the area: the perfect locations at the perfect time for each step of the Changing of the Guard around Buckingham Palace! Perfect! The tour was in English, but Benedict enunciated clearly so that everyone could understand. And Benedict didn't forget anyone when speaking to his group, including the more reserved members. His information and anecdotes were very interesting and relevant. It was a real treat.
