We followed the Trip.com guide and have a smooth and interesting hop on hop off Big Bus experience. We first enjoyed the Red Route at Paddington Station stop, and joined Blue Route later on. Definitely a joyful day for a family of 5 with 3 children.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.

We did our tour yesterday with Dave, he is such a pleasant guide to be with. We had a good amount of time to explore, he showed us the right places, and even included a surprise stop at another location. totally worth of time and money. I would definitely recommend this trip with Dave.

I used this service on the day of my departure. It takes only 15 minutes from Paddington Station to Heathrow Airport. I enjoyed the view outside while eating a sandwich I bought at the station. It was a very quick and comfortable ride.


