Purchased at a hotel in the US, it was immediately installed and usable – very convenient! I had purchased and installed it overseas before arriving in the US, but it wouldn't work upon arrival. I contacted customer service for two hours without success; they suggested canceling, requesting a refund, and repurchasing. It was indeed time-consuming and unsuccessful. Repurchasing and immediately installing the password is very convenient. In the future, I will change my approach and purchase and install it on-site when I'm in the US. This might make updating the timer easier.
