ESIM is incredibly smooth to use. I bought a 30-day European ESIM, and my first stop upon arrival was Istanbul. After installing it at Istanbul Airport, I turned on the data and it started working immediately. Everything works fine in Europe. We flew via Turkey, but for it to work properly in Turkey, you need to install a SIM card in advance. Those who didn't do this in advance had connection problems.
