The instructions are complete; you need to check all the settings. I had to reboot for it to work. It works well, and the speed is also excellent. There was only one spot when exiting the Kyoto subway that, for some reason, nothing loaded, but maybe that was just my phone being slow.★

Very convenient for using JR with reasonable price. Good service provider. I would recommend Japan JR to apply use QR code for entry instead of hard ticket to minimize customer feel sad when loosing hard ticket★
