I only learned about this solution after contacting customer support. While the support team was helpful and resolved the issue quickly, it would be much better if this requirement were clearly communicated in the setup instructions or FAQ beforehand. That would save users time and avoid unnecessary troubleshooting. Apart from that, the experience was smooth and reliable. I would definitely consider using this eSIM again in the future.

The SIM card worked perfectly in Hawaii and the mainland US. It connected seamlessly to both my iPhone and Samsung. My Samsung phone often disconnects and needs to be reconnected.
