I chose this service based on reviews and price, thinking that 1-2G a day would be enough, but the installation wasn't particularly difficult and I had no issues with the signal. I'm glad I could use it for 10 days for under 1000 yen. I honestly don't know much about customer support, as I've never had to deal with them.

Used it while traveling around the UK and France. - The peace of mind of being connected immediately upon arrival at the airport. - Crossing borders on the Eurostar is easy with automatic switching. - Being able to handle all your luggage with just one smartphone is the best. During this trip, I used the service in Barcelona and Seville, Spain; Faro (southern Portugal); and Lisbon, Portugal. The phone was installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and connections were stable throughout. Note that these areas are not Orange's primary service areas, so roaming for the SIM card needed to be enabled, which slightly increased battery consumption. I also used my phone's hotspot for connecting my laptop, and the connection remained stable. I highly recommend this e-SIM service; the price is reasonable, and the service quality is consistent.

I bought it before my trip to Europe. Everything worked fine. The main thing is to enable data roaming on your phone and manually change the carrier in Redis for each country. I bought 100 GB. It was more than enough.
