It is the collective name of the grassland landscape in the upper reaches of the Kashi River, named after the Tangbla Grand Canyon. Because there is a huge rock on the ridge on the east side of the valley, just like a jade seal, it is named Tangbra (meaning seal in Kazakh language). From Nileke County to the source of the Ka River, the lush mountain grasslands and valley grasslands on both sides of the Kashi River are what people usually refer to as the Tangbula grassland.
