How can I renew my Network Railcard?

You can easily renew your Railcard online!

On the Trip.com app, go to "Account", select the settings icon in the top-right corner, and ensure that your country or region is set to the United Kingdom.

Go to "Home" > "Trains" > "My Railcards".

Select the option to renew your expired or nearly expired Railcard.

Using your Network Railcard

When can you use a Network Railcard?

Network Railcards offer discounts for any journey made after 10 AM Mondays to Fridays, and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Note that a minimum charge of £13 applies to weekday journeys.
How to use a Network Railcard

It’s simple! When you book your train ticket, an option to add a Railcard will be displayed. Simply select the Network Railcard (which will only appear on valid routes) and get your discount! You will likely be asked to present your Network Railcard when on board, so have it with you to avoid penalty fares.
Where does a Network Railcard cover?

You can only use a Network Railcard for journeys within the designated Network Railcard area, which includes most stations within London and South East England. This region covers many well-connected destinations such as Brighton, Oxford, Reading, and Gatwick Airport, among others. You can refer to this National Rail map to see which stations are covered.
Does a Network Railcard work on the Tube?

No, you cannot use a Network Railcard to get discounted tickets for journeys that take place entirely on the London Underground or Docklands Light Railway. However, discounts may apply to cross-London rail journeys that include a transfer on the Underground between National Rail stations.
