Took a late morning hike here after stopping at the park office for some directions and trail advice. We stayed on the yellow path and got to see plenty of wildlife. The paths were nicely shaded which...
Sweet little state park hidden away off main drag
I've lived in the area for several years and had passed the signs, but never bothered to visit what is in my own backyard. Granted I stopped when it was winter and not busy. But I think I'll be back...
Nice place to camp
Nice place to camp and hike. Mostly for tents and small campers. No swimming which I miss in the summer. But there is a stream that runs through the area and the kids love to play in it.
NICE PARK
This park is great for family picnics. It is quiet and always cool under the trees or neqr the creek.
