Off Route 1, just outside of Calais, we took the time to drive in, visited the park office where we were welcomed, and drove through the much of the park which is very peaceful.

Nice day trip to see the sights and get away from the crowds of Acadia. Worth a tour. The main buildings were closed due to covid.
