What travelers say:

Johnston Canyon is one of the four canyons of the Canadian Rockies. It is located on the Bow Valley Parkway (Bow Valley Parkway) that connects Banff Town and Lake Louise. It has been built for thousands of years. It was formed by the erosion of river water, and the gorge next to the plank road is flowing with a clear and rapid stream. After traveling along a relatively gentle trail for more than 30 minutes (about 2 kilometers), we arrived at the Lower Falls. You can either take pictures on the viewing platform, or walk across the bridge and get into the cave to observe the waterfall up close. The lower waterfall is actually very small and the scenery is average. Although the upper waterfall is bigger, I still have to walk more than 5 kilometers back and forth. I didn't want to go up because I didn't want to be too tired and time was too late. At the entrance of the canyon, there is a tourist cabin and a large parking lot, which is very convenient for driving. No additional tickets will be charged.
